But what does that mean?
AUST L numbers are for low-risk listed medicines, such as most vitamin products, that the TGA regulates for safety and quality only.
And
For low-risk medicines, the TGA does not evaluate the commercial sponsor's evidence of product efficacy before the product goes on the market, nor do we examine the final product and its label.

Most people are probably thinking TGA approval for medicines, but that would have an AUST R number
AUST R numbers are for registered medicines that the TGA has evaluated for safety, quality and efficacy.

I looked up one of the four ingredients, Pycnogenol, and found this very long Cochrane review

I only skimmed it as its so long, but it appears there's no evidence it does anything useful and the studies are poor.
