Give everything time, you still have some swelling. However, it appears you have a lot of tissue to work with and everything seems to be placed appropriately so if you are unsatisfied an easy labiaplasty can probably remedy it :)
Oh that would me perfect.. but it’s still the clit that makes me worry 😩
5 weeks way too early to say and be worried about the results. Give it a time ❤️ looks very good
I know… I’m not unhappy with it but I still hope I won’t need another surgery. Thank you very much
It looks very good to me. I went through the same feelings. I am at 9 months and went in Tantra workshops and massage with 2 cis women: they knew I am trans and they told me it was very good despite I had scars. They barely saw them. All this to tell you that it will improve a lot in the next year and what you see is just normal variation between individuals, especially in vulva.
The majora is perfect. Better is medically and naturally impossible (even by a natal vulva). The clitoris, urethral opening and minora are swollen and some things regarding the building technique are strange to me. As for the vaginal opening I consider it to be both good looking and funktional (at a first glance)

Oh really is it that long?!
Thank you very much, as I said I’m not unhappy with the result I mean everything’s better than a PP so I take what I get but I still hope for the swelling to go away
Thank you so much

Get it. It makes me so happy to hear that thank you
From my experience and fellow patients I've talked to the majority of swelling goes down in the first 2-3 months, but you can still see noticeable differences in month 3-6 and more subtle changes in the next 6ish months after that.
These are all rough estimates though, and we're all different. A patient who had surgery around the same time as me had pictures taken 3-4 weeks post-op that looked like other people's 3-4 month post op pictures. She was definitively an anomaly though, as most people look pretty swollen for at least a few months. It's been a while since I looked at my own post-op pictures, but I'm pretty sure I was far more swollen than you are at 5 weeks.
It’s so confusing.. I don’t feel swollen but I hope it is cause this can’t be the final result..
can you tell me about the cost please? and how many days you were in the hospital?
The clit is uncovered, something that won't change .... >:(
In that case, nothing that a revision couldn't fix. But it's too early now to judge.
Exactly
Would you mind naming your surgeon?
Oh, forgot to say I’m from Germany. Did it in Frankfurt
I don't know Germany very well? Who's is that?
[deleted]
I don't know who the surgeons are in Frankfurt, and I'd like to know who your surgeon is.
Sure. It’s Dr. Morgenstern
I didn’t find a lot about her, it’s mostly about the surgeons in Munich
Thanks. I didn't find much on her. It looks like she replaced Dr Michael Sohn.
Oh wow didn’t know about that HAHA I didn’t do lots of research. But thank you so much for your effort !!
It'll get worse before it gets better. Give it time.
I hear that a lot. Thank you
Give it time. I’m 2 months out of my surgery and I felt similar to you at 4-5 weeks. I had granulation that wouldn’t heal until I got treated with silver nitrate and I also worried the inside when my legs were spread felt too open. But the more time goes by the more I’m comfortable with the result. Can you have a follow up to address these issues with the surgeon? That really put me at ease. And now im super happy with it
Yes I have. In 3 weeks..I’m excited
Looks great to me!!
Thank you so much
looks so good! May u ask whar the red hole is at the mons?

It’s from the catheter actually
It’s from the catheter
Still tons of swelling. Rest with 20 minutes on - 20 minutes off ice packs.
DON'T. You're fine! Jeez, I'm so envious! It will possibly take a year or even two to mature out / completely heal - but she's beautiful!
Wow thats’s a long time.. but thank you so much!! That calms me down a lot
You have had *major* surgery; for your body to completely assimilate all the changes and to heal from it... will take time; more than "merely" two or three months.
PS - It probably won't take two years, but your new vagina becoming completely "you" is likely to take at least one full year . You will very probably be able to have sex with her within two to three months... carefully . (No "hard pounding", please!!)
Don't neglect your dilating - all the way to the point to where you feel uncomfortable, then, MAYBE, ever so very slightly un-comfortable. Trust your body; if it's really uncomfortable, don't go there ; you might tear the tissue, especially the internal end of your vagina.
The idea is to "stretch" your internal tissue; it's an idea akin to when a doctor places a balloon under someone's arm-skin and, weekly, blows it up (with saline solution) slightly more and more so that the skin stretches. You're stretching your internal skin; a very, very little bit at a time.
And I'm soooooooooo envious; she's beautiful!
You totally right.. I mostly try to recover as fast as possible, and forget that my body is not that far. Same issues with my boobs.
But when you need to wait at least a year why are so many doing the revision so quick? I just want to be done with everything I hate surgerys…it’s been my 3rd one in less than 6 months. But I can’t let it be like it is now.. the clit is just way to present and huge, I feel anything..every move.
Dilating is such a thing.. my surgeon told me to dilate at least 4 times a day for 30 minutes for at least a year… this is unacceptable! Everyone I know and everyone talking about the surgery say’s you have to dilate for at least a few months and then less and less… that’s so confusing
Don't you DARE complain about "feeling every move", or I'll find you and hit you over the head with my biggest dildo!
As far as dilating goes; everybody's body... is different, depending upon age, health, condition, tone, weight, genetics and everything else. Some won't have to anymore after a period of time (especially if the masturbate frequently, or if they're lucky enough to have frequent sex - Others WILL have to dilate regularly forever, apparently.
A doctor asked me "if I thought I'd have a problem dilating"; I answered, " Only if the dilators get headaches ..."
It looks to me like you're just swollen, and at five weeks, that's what I expect. There may be a little dishesience, but that's common. I'd bet that your 90 day will look fantastic.
That’d be wonderful.. I still love her no matter how haha
my doctor said it’s depend on penis size for vaginal depth have you done vaginal sex babe?
5 WEEKS? Girl make a post when its been like 3 months.
hi, I'm a trans man, I was looking at phalloplasty results and ended up here after a while. I think it looks amazing! The clit doesn't worry me personally, cis women all have clits that vary in size. Some are almost invisible, some are huge and way bigger than yours. To me, everything here looks super good, especially if it has only been 5 (maybe 6 now idk) weeks since the surgery
Hey, that is really nice to hear especially from a trans man!
It’s only that is it’s not covered it’s so open.. that is a bit annoying but anyways.. I will wait a bit and see what happens.
Thank you very much, and good luck for you !:)
