😳
USD?
It shows $ so yes
I’m from Asia and pretty much every few hundred km is a different country. Malaysia, Singapore and Australia are some of the countries that I know that uses $ hence I don’t assume.
Yeah but Keojampa is a US surgeon so in this case $ definitely means US dollars.
I could be ausd as well 😅
US surgeons don't quote in Australian dollars.
Good lord… this is just sad. Oh you want to be dysphoria free? 72k please >.<
"you don't want to live in agony 24/7? pay me the money it would take to buy a new car..."
seriously being trans is a dystopian nightmare.
yeaaaah, then you got people who want to kill us ontop of that..... its wonderful isnt it? lol
Hope u are rich because damn thats a lot
Lmao I make substantially less than $72k a year
Damn, hope u think it was worth it atleast then
Surgery is scheduled for March 2024
Very interesting that he charges 4x procedures for forehead and 2x procedures for jaw…
But at least for forehead, each of those is a distinct procedure (cranioplasty, orbitals, advancement, brow lift). Since each of them can be performed separately it makes sense each has its own price and code associated
(Not justifying what the prices are, just saying it's not like some scam where he's charging you for the same thing multiple times)
Eh, not really. Some amount of brow lift is guaranteed to happen for any hairline incision. That would be the first thing to get rid of since it will happen regardless, plus, it’s not a good look or feminizing.. some hairline advancement will happen as well, though I suppose they could charge for dramatically shaping it? It just seems like overkill for gouging people multiple times since you’re already working around and have access to those areas. Anyway, I know you’re not defending it; but I feel like most surgeons include those sections all together as 1 procedure
My assumption is that if you are paying with insurance, they are required to itemize each individual procedure per the insurance or medical procedure code database. This allows the insurance company to verify each procedure.
If you're paying out of pocket, they have no reason to individually itemize each procedure since it would just be for their own internal reference.
Good point, I’m sure that’s all it is. Just optically it looks bad
good lordðŸ˜ðŸ˜
Jesus fuck, you're telling me orbital work isn't included in the type 3??? Might as well charge for opening your scalp too separately
Is this before or after insurance???
That's before.
Keojampa is a bit over rated in my opinion, I remember when he was asking 2k just to set a surgery date with him. He is definitely not worth it. I’ve seen other girls look into revision after going to him because he was too conservative with his jaw work, and he also doesn’t do a face lift along with jaw augmentation, leaving loose skin behind.
in your opinion who is a better surgeon for the jaw stuff? i'm specifically worried about loose skin tbh

Sorry, I didn't have notifs turned on...
I initially scheduled my consult in like 2021 Consult in mid 2022 in SF Got insurance approval after a while, but they failed to contact me and I didn't know until I contacted them Surgery was hooked in Jan 2023 to be done in March 2024.
Edit: keep in mind that his schedule is extra tight because he takes trips to South East Asia to do clef palette repair surgeries on children.
If you don’t mind, what insurance do you have?

Oh wow! Thank you for the info!! My dad has anthem (I’m not sure what type) but he only gets covered through dentist and vision :/ hopefully I can get added for medical but I have Kaiser through my mom. There work is just too conservative for what I need!
Its the prices for the best surgeons in the world. That’s what im paying with another one. I three months!!!😊😊😊
Wowza
Anyone want my surgery date of May 1, 2024?
Really?
Pretty cheap
Feel free to send me $72k.
You should consider the words you're saying before you say them.
Is pretty affordable for me I don't know about you. If you do OF should be a easy pay. There's nothing wrong with what I said.
Thanks so much for posting this! I'm having FFS with Keojampa and this matches my expectations (sadly lol), but it's good to get confirmation
[EDIT: Out of curiosity is this document created as part of the process for getting a letter of agreement from insurance? Just wondering when I should expect to get this kind of specific breakdown]
Sorry, I didn't have notifs turned on...
Yeah, this is the letter I got from them after insurance approval/letter of agreement.
My insurance didn't agree to all procedures. Namely rhinoplasty and trach shave.
Since the procedure will be 1+ year after the initial letter of agreement, I am required to obtain another prior to actual surgery.
What insurance did you get a letter of agreement from? I just learned Starbucks doesn’t cover him anymore and I might have better luck with a PPO plan off the state ACA marketplace
😕 that doesn't even include hospital or anesthesia fees? Ouch. Any idea how much more on top that'll make it?
Around $1-3.5k for anaesthesia and usually around $2-5k/ day in the hospital. It all depends on the hospital system he uses.
Ok so is the 5000 already included or would I have to pay 14,500 for jaw reduction
Sorry, I didn't have notifs turned on...
When I booked the consult, it was $300
Deposit is 5k
Both go toward your surgery cost. So it's $Total – $5,300 = $subTotal
So it’s 5300? For surgery
It will be whatever the cost of the surgery is when you book it. As far as I know, prices increase every 6 months to a year.
All of your deposits go toward your final surgery's final total.
Jesus Christ well thank you hun
Already went up to $7,500 as of a few days ago 🥲. Were you also given the hospital and the anesthesiology fees quotation as well?
Unfortunately I had to cancel cause my insurance refused to contact the surgeons office for a Letter of Agreement :/
I’m so sorry to hear that 🥲
This doctor has so many bad reviews on reddit. The pricing does not match up to his work? I wish I didn't have to go out of state. I am so so scared.
People with negative opinions tend to be louder. His in-consultation portfolio is great in my opinion.
This is super helpful! Thank you so much for sharing his pricing
