That’s not normal. At all. It’s shouldn’t be bleeding like that after six months. Please talk to your doctor and see what’s going on.

The only ‘spotting’ you should be getting is perhaps a touch after vigorous sex. And even then, I’d be worried if it’s every time.

This sounds like more bleeding than just ‘spotting’ (which is very light) and certainly shouldn’t be happening at other times.

Why do you need to push so hard? Contact your surgeon and if you have to push hard to poo then your diet needs to be updated to change your poo consistency

You need to add fiber to your diet. Try starting with Metamucil or other similar fiber supplements.

When I talk about diet I’m talking about the food you eat. Example, vegans rarely have to force out their poo.

Are you taking ANY bowel meds still? I'd totally recommend at least Daily Miralax if not also Colace until you get your diet to the point with enough fiber.

After six months you should be healed. You need an obgyn exam.

It could be granulation tissue. I wouldn’t be alarmist quite yet. If it’s every day that might be a problem unless you’re dilating every day

I’d just see a gynecologist and get it checked. I wouldn’t worry until then though. Im sorry this is happening though :/
