Yessss, women in my family have cleft chin and they are so beautiful, if you go to a good surgeon they should have the skills to feminize your chin while keeping the cleft, just try to be very straightforward that that’s the result you want and they should deliver.
Mardirossian is an artist.
He sure is ❤️
Your updates are 1000% what solidified my decision to go to Dr Mardirossian. You are so so beautiful 😊
Glad I was of help❤️
Wow you look amazing! ^^ This might be a dumb question, but is there a difference between a rhinoseptoplasty and a rhinoplasty?
Rhinoseptoplasty is pretty much the same as a regular rhinoplasty only different is that on the first one they try to fix your deviated septum and help you breath better, the second one is mainly aesthetics (while keeping functionality).
Thanks I had a feeling it was something like that! I think mine is slightly deviated. It looks wonky from the front. But doesn't seem to interfere with my breathing so not sure what that means for me
Pretty sure they will do the rhinoseptoplasty regardless as this helps with the aesthetics of your nose overall, I think they are the same cost too so worth trying.
That definitely makes sense to me, maybe it's just a detail that most people leave out. I'll make sure to mention in to my surgeon :)
If you need any help lmk😘
Wow girl!
🥰
Wow, you look great! I plan to schedule a consult with him once I get some questions answered by my insurance people.
Best of lucks!

❤️
Literally WTF!! I’m speechless! You look so good! 😍. Btw how do you feel about your lip lift? Did it leave a scar?
Tysm❤️❤️ I feel very good about my lip lift scar, I used a lot of silicone gel and also neosporin the first three months and that helpes with keeping the incision clean and now I don’t need make up to cover it, but if you use one of those magnifying mirrors and look very close under mh nose you can still see the incisions but it does not bother me

Back then it was roughly 80k but my insurance was billed 130k, I have heard of some girls that recently went there and the cost increased to around 90k (could be more or less depending on what you get)

I thankfully had to pay $0 since my job at starbucks covered it!
Fabulous work! You are super cute!
Tysm ❤️
You're welcome! I'm pretty sure I'm going with Dr Madirossian too, just trying to figure out how I'm going to pay for surgery. His results are consistently excellent, and I'm excited that he's working in Arlington VA now since it's only a few hours away from me.
Hey that’s so awesome! I covered my FFS through insurance with Starbucks, but I know there are other jobs that cover FFS such as amazon and T-mobile and pretty sure they would cover FFS with Mardirossian. Is worth giving him a call and asking directly whether he takes them or not. Pretty sure there are some lists in one of these trans subreddits with jobs in USA that cover FFS (I think IKEA also covers FFS and other trans-related surgeries). Starbucks was just the most popular option for trans girls to get FFS since it was the easiest. Contact your nearest LGBT center and try to get a job reference to any of these jobs mentioned, that’s exactly how I got hired at Starbucks (through my connections with the LGBT centers around my state). Hope this helped❤️
I'll check into that. Thanks for the info!
Ofc!❤️
I’ve already had my consult with him, now trying to get my insurance to cooperate but his staff isn’t very helpful unfortunately. I don’t know if I had the wrong expectations but I didn’t totally expect to be on my own to serve as middle between my primary care, Dr Mardirossian and the insurance companies
The staff will do their best when it comes to dealing with insurance, but in your case you’ll have to also put a lot of work and function as a bridge between the staff and your insurance and doctor, this is not a small surgery and there are a lot of things to do. I had to collect the letters from my therapists and send them to Mardirossian’s staff, get approval from my physician to be sent to my insurance AND the staff at the clinic and I had to be the bridge between all these entities, sometimes insurance may give some battle when it comes to paying and you have to make several phone call and emails to your insurance to get things sorted out, it took me months of hard work like this to get everything set up for my surgery. It was arduous and you may feel tired but it will be worth it at the end, try to have a list of all the things you need and keep things organized, I had about two folders filled with 100+ pages I had to send and sign to get everything approved. Hope this helped❤️
Thank you so much!! I will do that
Anytime!❤️
Impressive.
🥰
HOW DID YOU AFFORD HIM
Starbucks’ insurance here in the US!
You look amazing.
Tysm!
😍🤩🥺
My God, those are some incredible results. I want that so bad. But I can feel the pain in my wallet from how much I would have to shell out to get results like this.
Tysm love❤️ I also could not afford FFS, I got it through my job’s insurance
Amazing! I have my consultation with him in May. You just made me even more excited!
That’s great! Be prepared with a lot of questions and bring a powerpoint if possible for you to go over with him, you can email it to him beforehand :)
Looks fab who was the surgeon ?
Ty! Dr. Mardirossian :)
Giiiirl you are stunning!
Tysm loveee
How much did it cost ? You look so pretty ffs is something im considering in the future but i heard it can be very expensive.
Tysm❤️ it was around 70-80k
Damn so expensive but worth it
Yes ma’am
Well, you ALREADY looked very good....but now you're like "dreamy beautiful"...and IMMENSELY cute (i.e., you are now a BABE!!!).
Tysm bae😘
Darlin - really and truly love your results, they are really inspiring and tell me that FFS is definitely something in my future. About how long were you in pain, would you say? For now, that's the part I'm the most interested in!
Tysm❤️ physical pain for the first 5 days were horrible, afterwards it was manageable and after 3 weeks it was nice. Mental pain was very bad and it lasted 3-5 months.
thanks for your response!
Can you let me know what you mean by 'mental pain'? Curious what that was and why it lasted so long.
Post-op depression, feeling like the swelling was never going down, it took time to adjust to my new face too.
That's so interesting! Do you mean adjusting to the idea that it was actually your face, and questioning whether or not it was a good decision?
Yeah, getting used to my new face and mainly just the swelling, I sadly don’t heal super fast and used silicon strips to help with keloid since sadly in my family we suffer from keloids, my mom did but after a few months I felt a lot better and secure of myself. I always wore mask pre-ffs and I felt so naked being outside with no mask on
Wow how much was it if you don’t mind me asking
About 70-80k
You are glowing💛✨
Tysm❤️
You looks absolutely amazing! If you don’t mind me asking, how much did the surgery cost you?
Tysm! Around 70k-80k
oh he ate… DOWN!
Sorry if this is a bit much but how much was the surgery ?
About 80k back then, I heard his prices had an increase recently
Can we see the scar please? :)
Which ones? There are some of them already posted on my profile but I lowkey been thinking of making a post dedicated to them once I hot the 16 month recommended for scar healing
The coronial one I’m so curious about it since that’s the approach I want and I’m scared of the scar showing or losing hair :(
I would suggest be prepared for hair loss from the incision and the anesthesia, it will take time to recover and the incision could show at the beginning as it is healing but after a couple of months it should not. I have very super thick hair so is not noticeable whatsoever unless I part my head specifically in the incision but otherwise I would be a lot more scared of having the incision in the very forehead in case you keloid. Try to ask your physician if you can take finasteride to help with hair loss and take great care of your hair and scalp, you’ll need strong hair to withstand a rough surgery and recover quickly
I am prepared for it but I want to have a rough idea of how severe it could be, please do make a post for your scars it would be very helpful :)
I sure will❤️
I sent you the pics I have so far :)
cost?
How did u do hairline rounding if u had coronal incision?
Do u have pictures of liplift?
You look like Kylie Jenner!
Tysm! She is gorgeous, I love her sister Kendall Jenner too, she inspired me
Ewww not even!
Lol. I get that she is polarizing as a character, but she is pretty, and she paid great surgeons for how she looks now
OP looks beautiful in all the pictures, but the first one does remind me of her
Can i have the powerpoint aswell too pls?
Did you pay anything out of pocket?
Amazing
