This is 1 year after the operation in Kamol Hospital, PPV, lower labias are not connected to the body on the bottom, no proper pee possible, have to open it by hand and clean after, opening is collapsed in. The bulge in the upper top part is an erectile tissue left behind. I guess revision is required at some point.
That sounds like they botched the surgery. I don't even see any of the scars tho!

Means that the surgery was bad

4", then hit pain barrier and squeezed canal, need to work in for some time to get extra 2". Bleeding after each dilation.
