Wowww! Can I ask what technique you got and whether you needed electrolysis?

I got penile inversion, and electrolysis was needed beforehand.

I’m agonizing over this. I did Brazilian laser but there are still some hairs so I I might do more sessions or switch to electrolysis to get the stragglers. I don’t mind the laser too much but I’m kinda freaked about doing electrolysis down there as it hurts so much on my face I can’t imagine it lol.

Do you remember how many hours of electrolysis you needed to clear the surgical area?

I don’t but I will tell you, with her procedure they do a cuticle scrape to make sure for sure you don’t have hair growing back, uhm but I will tell you, you have nothing to fear about electrolysis. Take an ibuprofen an hour or so before your appointment and it won’t hurt as much/at all. And or get numbing cream (which can be found and bought online) ❤️ hopes this help! And pleasant future travels on your hair removal/GRS journey!

Lol I think I just have poor pain tolerance. I take Tylenol and use prescription level numbing cream and face electrolysis still hursts a lot in some areas like upper lip, dimple areas, etc. I mean I take it obviously what else to do, and Ive done 70 hrs but dang I just hate it. I can’t imagine how bad it is down there

If you did laser down there and that many hours of electro on your face, you should hopefully be ok for electro down there. I feel like laser hurts more but is faster and electro hurts less but takes longer. I thought it was going to be excruciating on those areas… I just had some crazy leg twitching thing going on in some spots, but aside from that it was bearable. Try to keep it to hour sessions if you have enough time before surgery to space it out. After 6 sessions of laser I needed like 6 hours of electro. Some of my friends said 10 hours for them. (they had no laser)

I keep seeing back and forths with gast and will be following you closely! I'm likely going to be stuck with Gast myself, being on badgercare.

Ah well best of luck! I’m gonna try to be posting at least 1 photo every month so as to document my healing process!
