12 months - dr bluebond-langner and zhao vaginoplasty
this is the last ill post about bottom surgery, as im not sure how much will really change.
you can see my other posts for recovery history and progress.
sensation is great. to be honest my orgasms are slightly milder than before, but nothing crazy short of that.
i believe i still have some granulation tissue, but going to get that checked out soon. hopefully nearing the end of that tunnel.
i get to the last dot on the orange dilator. i am pretty sure i lost some depth since the beginning even though ive kept up on dilating as directed. maybe its just swelling going down or healing contraction. who knows.
technically i can start phasing to one dilation a week, but im currently doing one a day. if i skip a day i will be pretty tight and it takes longer to get to full depth. that and i will bleed a little bit on the dilator. im thinking that may be due to granulation tissue. idk.
overall, happy with the outcome. cant believe its been a year. but its just really nice having a body that feels like it works.

this pic was after dilating so i was very "open".
my 12 mo th appointment is soon.
i dont have any numb spots, and my clitoris feels good. the only over sensitive spot is just above the clitoris by the pubic bone. it feels better after the initial shock of touching the area goes down lol.
