I thought an Oriectomy would prevent erections but maybe that's inaccurate?

Nope, I haven't had any issues with erections since starting HRT actually. If your testosterone production is effectively suppressed before surgery then there wouldn't be any changes.

Sorry, to clarify, if my testosterone is suppressed there will or won’t be changes?

Wouldn't, my apologies

Phew!!! Thanks 😊 having this done is one of my dreams (this and breast augmentation) so I’m just trying to find out as much as I can

Yeah, there isn't much info on this out there so I feel like sharing what I've learned/experienced is really important! I'm looking into breast augmentation now! I don't want implants and prefer a fat graft so that'll be a less common procedure too.

It will be in the next update. Thanks.

You can go back to the old ones and edit to link to this to this one, then anyone who finds any of them can easily find the rest.

Did you have the extra skin removed? I've been thinking about the orchiectomy but want my skin preserved for penile inversion. Would be so nice not dealing with balls.

Yes, all the extra skin was removed. I think I'd still be super dysphoric with it there

Thanks for answering. I feel like I would be too, but wasn't sure if it tucked during the surgery and could be reused for further surgeries.

It'd be really cool if they could do that! I've never heard of it though, if I want to do anything else I'll have to use a skin graft.

I had the orchie but have kept the scrotum until I decide on further surgery. For me losing the testicles has been a big positive.

What’s the piercing you have there? This really makes me want this for me. Ooo.

Thanks for sharing. I’ve been interested in bottom surgery, looks at different options. Not sure if I want this for the mean time before getting other surgeries done. Going under the knife multiple times I’m not sure about I think my final surgery would be zero depth or nullification (if I can find some where) I don’t need any functionality anymore

You're in a very similar boat to where I was. My biggest concern was the loss of tissue from the scrotum being removed, because if I wanted set depth later I wouldn't have the material typically used for the labia. I thought hard about the likelihood of wanting zero depth and options if I wanted it after this surgery. I'll need a skin graft if I go that route but I'm completely ok with that
