Thank you, that is very kind. I could do with loosing some weight, but generally I am pleased with it. I am very happy specifically with the BA results though.

You weight probably makes your breasts look more natural at that size, and they do look really good.

Who was your surgeon?

Thank you.

I actually have a theory about bigger implants, which I’d be more to AJ happy to share.

I am so happy with them.

Dr Revis, FL.

Do share - I like to learn as much as possible about every aspect of transition so that I'm equipped to make my own choices.

Lets hear it.

So, let’s imagine the chest as a canvas. Let’s suppose that it’s wider than it’s taller, which is the effect for many Trans who went through a degree of natal puberty. If you imagine drawing two balls on the canvas, placing them at equal distances from the centre to the left, and right. If you draw these balls small such, what are you left with? Often, a large space between the two balls. If we translate that to the chest, and use instead of balls, implants, we have the same effect. Many trans women, admittedly often limited by breast development, will have small implants which, as a result of the broadness of the chest, results in a gap between. In my opinion, this is a less than desirable result, and in some ways, can be more of an indication of trans-ness was than very small natural breasts. I believe you counteract this by placing a larger implant in, often north of 600cc+ to create an effect which allows the gap to close, and the breasts to be drawn closer to together. Even though it’s a larger implant, it often looks much more natural, and proportionate.

The question applies less to you, and more to the trans woman who is contemplating whether a larger or a smaller implant might appear more/less natural. If you read above, you’ll see that logic applies to a non-operated on MTF.

I loved him. He did mine 10 years ago. I wish I'd taken his advice and gone with 800. I chickened out and did 700. Still nice but ya know...

I agree totally with your theory. People get awfully hung up on cup size. They think C or D is some magic designation so that's what they ask for, and they end up with a 5" gap between their very perky breasts. Our rib cage is commonly wider, as is our sternum. To fill your chest requires implant width. When the doctor measures your chest (as they should) and they recommend a diameter, listen to them. CCs and ultimate cup size don't fundamentally matter to your appearance as much as width and profile. Yours suit you very nicely!

It’s incredible, and you’re right, it suits my body. Actually, I’d even be tempted to go larger

Thank you so much, are you considering surgery?

1

Yes. I've had FFS. I'm on the waitlist for GCS. I'll probably have BA this summer. I really want body feminization, but it's not covered by my insurance, so it might have to go last while I save up some money.

Do you get back pain at all from them?

1

None. Invest in good bras, wearing fitted ones during the day, and then nursing bras in the evening. Strong support for support, and you’ll be fine:

That makes sense. I was thinking of going to 800s but I don't want to make my scoliotic back worse. Thank you

I have minor scoliosis and 1000cc implants. The only time I notice their size is when I'm standing at work for more than 12hours.

I also went to Dr. Revis.

For your surgeon, was weight an issue at all? I’m 6’3” and a bmi of 36 (290). It’s been annoying to try and find a surgeon who will operate without needing to lose 60 lbs.

I weight 190, and weighted 180 before. Weight wasn’t an issue for me.

I have no idea what you decided to comment this, it’s very clear that you’re projecting from a place of animosity, and maybe even, jealousy. I do not have an obsession with anime breasts- whatever that means- and I find the suggestion that I do deeply, deeply, offensive.

As a point of reference, I have lived in deep stealth for nearly a decade now, having transitioned as a teenager. You might find my breasts unsightly, but most people don’t. Similarly, people don’t even know I am actually Trans. Is that something you could say of you?

Word of advice. Glasshouses aren’t a great place to throw stones from

Amazing how natural 900cc looks. I was leaving towards the smaller end (275 or 375 I think) but I may have to reconsider. How many times did you have to expand before the full size was placed?

If you don’t mind me asking for contrast what is your band size? I’m sitting at 93kg (205 lbs) with a band size of 41 inches.

(Not on HRT just yet, but working out a plan ahead of time as will want to get them done as close to the 2 year mark as possible)

Mentor, high profile- I believe, and under the muscle.

Is a surprise that under the muscle. How much breast tissue did you already have. And was it the first size you had under the muscle or a revision.

I was already a large C/small D, so I had quite a lot of breast tissue. I had been on puberty blockers since 13, and HRT since 15 or so. I had SRS at 19. I was 24 when I had BA.
