17 days colon vaginoplasty post-op with Dr. Chettawut :)
It looks very good for such a short time since surgery, when you are fully recovered it will look excellent, I have a question: What made you choose the sigmoid colon technique over other techniques?
Thank you so much! :) I was originally going to go with non-penile inversion but after discussing the pros and cons with my surgeon, we thought it was more suitable for me to get the sigmoid colon version.
The deciding factor for me was the ability to have (some) lubrication, the ability to have rougher sex as the colon graft is much thicker and stretchier, and the need for less vigorous dilation. My dilation schedule still seems very extensive, especially for someone who has a colon graft but knowing that my depth is less likely to decrease gives me a peace of mind!

I still hesitate on the technique that would suit me. What did you decide to do with the colon? It seems to me that there is less sensation in the vagina with this technique. And is there lubrication with non-penile inversion?

Damn boo! You look amazing for only 17 days out. Gf and I are headed there end of may for her surgery with Chettawut, and they’re doing a couple of cosmetic procedures to my face. Also consulting with them about ripping out my uterus and ovaries when I get there as part of my gender affirming care.
Are you stil at WIH? Im at room 902 and will get sigmoid this sunday the 23th of april. I planned and paid for the non-PIV skin craft but during my consult dr chettawut made it clear that the skin craft technique needs alot of lube and gentle intercourse, so i opted for the sigmoid. I hope to god everything will go good. Anyway have a good recovery, hugs & kisses 🤗💋
