Hey y'all

Just wanted to let you know in case there are others like me out there. Dr Sutin of PAI has accepted me as a patient for GCS/SRS after disclosing my Fibromyalgia diagnosis. For all the girls out there with Fibro, he is an option. I'll do my best to document my experience when the surgery actually happens. 🏳️‍⚧️🥰

Hold up, progesterone helps your FM? This is interesting!

I have two questions: When are you going to have the surgery? What technique are you going to have? (Sigmoid colon or PI with scrotal graft)

I'm looking at Nov 6 hopefully and PIV with scrotal graft. I can only afford that option (well barely). The possibility of a smelly leakage also freaks me out and I'd prefer to just have a healthy vaginal lining via the scrotal graft and no complications. Hopefully! 🙏

How about you sis? When will you be there?

Well, I also want to have a PI with a scrotal graft, the sigmoid colon technique is an option (PAI recommended it to me, it has the following advantages: good depth, lubrication and a tissue very similar to the natal vagina) but the price is higher and has a little more risk, hopefully i will have my SRS by mid 2024 (due to money)
