The stitches to hold everything in are the worst! Luckily those will be gone tomorrow :) I hope that makes the pain go away. The spots where they are attached were uncomfortable for a while for me, but it does go away as the skin heals. Everything looks amazing!! Congratulations!

Was there July 2022. Best thing I ever did. Wishing you speedy healing.

I'm 8 weeks today and the stent and all the packing stitched into me was the worst. I had to sit with my hips splayed open all day. It's hilarious once they take it out though. Basically a dilator in a condom.

Will the pain finally be relieved once they do? Its basically the only thing that hurts

Cutting the stitches holding the gauze immediately relieved tension and with the stent out I was more comfortable. Not perfect, but better for me for sure.

My lowest point was the day before it all came off and I just wanted it gone.

Also catheters were sent from hell to send air shocks into my bladder.

Omg I had so many of those shocks in my bladder!!!

Okay this is a relief. I'm set to have my stent out today.

The gauze stretches actually created more tension for me, so I'm hoping getting the last bit out helps!

The skin is going to be swollen and stretched like a balloon for a bit. But it's a big relief to not have so much stuff in you and sewn to you.

Hope everything goes well.
