There's enough lubrication I don't use lube when I dilate it gets super wet when I feel horny. Maybe there is a bit swelling but I don't feel it!

Q1 : I just got lucky, because while I was booking some patient has left an empty slot and I grabbed the opportunity. I booked my in February 2023 and the operation was on 7th March.

I haven't tried real sex yet dr said you've to wait at least 3 months. But I dilate once every night and dilations they started as a discomfort and not fun to enjoyable and sometimes I watch porn during dilation to cut time or to extend the duration, I orgasmed so many times during that I bet real dick or sex would be much much great and pleasurable. Yeah I chose this technique because according to my knowledge it's more comparable to cis vaginal wall, it's stretchy and muscly+wet and at the end it doesn't feel like a dead rock wall it's like stretchy.
