Beautiful!!! I’m only 5 weeks with same technique and same surgeon. I’m still very swollen and can’t wait to see what I’ll look like at 6 months
the red is the colon tissue. Unfortunately that is something I'm worried for about my results with chettawut. I just had mine June 6th it rough recovery doesn't even begin to describe it.
I don't think so, it is more likely that it was urethral tissue (because of the pink parts)
The red areas look like granulation. Does it cause discomfort? Aesthetically, it looks beautiful. Congrats!

Not that I know of, there's an un-scratchable itch sometimes (it's mostly gone away) but apart from that not much discomfort except when dilating
The little bit of red closer to your clitoris looks like granulation. The larger red area looks like your vaginal canal tissue. It seems you have a slight prolapse and likely compression at some part of the canal, possibly due to structural or muscular issues. Compression can push blood to the surface, which can lead to this coloration, as this tissue is highly vascular.
You might be able to easily differentiate whether it is inflammatory or circulatory by creating negative pressure. If you suck in your abdomen and then tense your abdominal muscles, you should be able to gape open your canal and watch in a mirror to see if it blanches pink as the space is opened up. If it turns pink, that indicates a resolution of compression. If it stays red, it could point to some other factor like inflammation or a lot of internal prolapse.
You might need to use a flashlight to see into the first inch or so. If the compression is great or internal moisture/lubrication level is low, you may not be able to do this until after you dilate. Right at the anastomosis, it may also stay more red due to irritation or exposure to oxygen, which can increase temporarily after dilation, so keep that in mind.
Try to gently expel the air afterwards. Don't do this except as a diagnostic aid as it introduces high levels of oxygen which could theoretically upset your microbiome if done chronically, as obligate anaerobes are highly sensitive.
Has pelvic floor physical therapy been recommended to you? Has a doctor said anything about it? Are there any other problems you can identify, e.g. discharge getting stuck inside your vagina until you douche?
(edits for clarity)
How did you get to be so knowledgeable?
Hello this is absolutely great how much depth have you achieved, I’m also planning to have sigmoid colon technique done.
6 inches about
Hello, where are you today? are you satisfied? Do you have orgasms? Can you get wet?
And for hair, did you epilate before the operation?
looks great!!!
Definitely picking this surgeon!
What have you done for scarring?
Need some clairification (where specifically?)
I don't think I've done anything anywhere (don't really mind external scars)
Did you have hair removal before the surgery?
nope, I didn't do anything before which has led to some hairs near/in the mouth. before the op they did razer some off.
So although you did not do laser hair removal before the surgery, you don’t have hair inside the vagina, right ?
I don't know how to share images so I made a seperate post on it https://reddit.com/r/Transgender_Surgeries/s/49d362teTz
