Well, your result is not bad in terms of aesthetics (in general it looks very good), but if you want to have a revision surgery (which is completely your decision) I recommend Dr. Theerapong (from Thailand), He is very good with aesthetics and revision surgeries, I saw that you also have problems with intravaginal hair and that could be remedied with the sigmoid colon technique (the technique he does the most)

Thank you, this is so helpful! I don’t think I’ve heard of him before. Did you go to him?

Definitely recommend Dr Thee! He did such an amazing job with me! Had surgery just over two months ago, PPV technique

That’s great! Was it a revision or primary surgery?

Also, do you think I could still get the colon technique done even though I have ibs now?

I don't think so (but you should ask him), but you can also have the PPT technique with him

I believe I had the PPT technique with Bowers

Do you have abdominal scars?

No I don’t

I believe bowers used the peritoneum for my surgery but I’m not sure

I don't think so, most likely she only used the tunica vaginalis (Peritoneal tissue in the testicles), but you still have the option of having the PPT technique (abdominal peritoneum)

I too have internal hair, also IBS, and extremely suicidal.

I do not see the possibility of a colon, I have no resources. I'm bleeding at 21 months postop and terribly sad... but I'm surrounded by people who don't care and I'm alone. No family and poor.

We must be strong yes but complications like this are so difficult to face. You have a chance!

Thank you, but I’m definitely concerned for you. Are you bleeding a lot? It’s likely that in more time that will go away. The bleeding got better for me one time, after a couple years especially Please let me know you’re okay

Relatively not so much, but it's constant.

When I put the index finger to apply an ointment or try to pluck some of the hairs, it bleeds everytime. When dilating it bleeds from the bottom. It's frustrating and dirty. It's not granulation. And I have a bad smell there. I know that old blood can create bad smell.

I don't know what to do or to think about what another srs surgeon is telling me. He didn't cared so much for the hairs, and is trying to persuade me of "not to think much"....

If you can afford it then why not? It doesn't look bad, but if you're not happy with it - it's all that matters.

No. More surgery more risk of complications. I personally found the result amazing. By the way, every genitalia get swell when aroused, and your don't look so big to my eyes.

Thank you, I appreciate your opinion. It’s hard to be objective when looking at yourself

I haven't had my SRS yet, he's on my short list (top 3)

Who’s on your short list?

Dr. Sutin, Dr. Theerapong and Dr. Bank, are the surgeons that attract me the most (in terms of aesthetics, post-operative care and statistics)

I don’t think Bank does revisions of other Dr.’s work. Dr. Sanguan is another Thai option.

As seen in the third and fourth pics, I want to improve the aesthetics and reduce the erectile tissue left behind. It makes me feel dysphoric. Especially how the tissue below the clitoris swells up like that when I’m aroused

Thank you, at this point I feel like I’ve had two vaginas lol. The first one looked completely different. My second surgery was major
