Not a doctor but I believe in those cases they can do a graft from your groin or abdomen. I also know the colon technique is recommended for those that don't have a lot of scrotal skin to create the canal.

For me as I have been on HRT since 2018 I have the same small bits bobs issue.. Both Amarni/Chet and PPSI/Sanguan are proposing skin graft PI method. Prices for me is about the same.. I am trying to determine which would have better outcome.. Sanguan is saying I would have max 3-4in depth. I Need to confirm with Armani/Chet..
