Hello everyone, I had SRS with Dr.Pang beginning of August. 3 weeks later I was diagnosed with rectovagina fistula. The doctor plan is to fix the fistula, add colostomy bag. Then once the fistulas heal to do PPT( Peritoneal Pull Through) to fix the depth. Does anyone have any experience with this, that could give me some advice and share some of your experience. Thank you very much !

I think it was due to being constipated

Could you elaborate a little more on why you think it was due to this? What were your symptoms

Hi! I'm so sorry that this happened to you.

How is the fix going?

What were the signs that you had a fistula?

I’m still waiting to be connect to a colorectal surgeon. I had complications of bleeding, so to remove the packing I was under general anesthesia, and that’s when they found the fistula.

You didn't get to dilate at all then? It's just lost, needs to be re-done? Fuck
