You can't really tell much about what the final result will be at 3 weeks. It doesn't look optimal right now but she could have a totally fine outcome.
Why are you hugboxing her? You can tell how a neovagina is gonna look at 3 weeks, and this is borderline malpractice. Fortunately her majora look pretty good.
Just using this as an example (it's one I've been looking at) but you can see there are some pretty extreme shifts between 1 or 3 and 6 months and again at 12 months post-op in many of these photos:

There are clitorises that go from external to internal over the course of 6 months and I know that you'd all be saying the same shit to her about how botched it is when it'll look just fine at 12 months. I'm not hugboxing, why are you scaremongering?
3 weeks is definitely not enough time to know what it will look like. Every result is unique and every person heals differently.
So I can only tell you what I experienced in a first conversation with this surgeon.
I asked for photos and can say, the photos he showed me made me search for another surgeon. They looked better than this, but OP's vagina will probably still get better in some weeks thanks to less swelling but even then the pictures I saw just weren't really promising for me.
If OP's result doesn't get better she should look out for another surgeon for revision surgery

Lota of cold packs hon. Get that swelling down! Keep cool compresses on it and then let it dry and keep it clean AF! Use betadine wash when you use the bathroom the whole 9... just clean clean and keep the swelling down. Even some ibuprofen too. Laying down as much as you can still! Take it easy and heal honey
Obviously it's Crazy swelled . You only Need time and be patience . Most of the girls Will get a revision, me too . I got a lot of complications and then i needed a revision After 6 months . Aniway 3 weeks it's early to male conclusions. Let's wait at least 6 to 8 months before any revision . You must keep cleen , dry and take rest to get Better heel as possibile and listen at your surgeron advises . Don't be scared
