I would definitely get a second opinion from another surgeon specialising in this field.
Is it painful? Is there bleeding? Have you followed the direction of the gynae? It sounds as if their advice is to effectively dilate it back in
No pain or bleeding yet but it's is so uncomfortable to feel yourself out
Have you already fixed this issue? we have the same case, Please tell me how you fixed this.

Just feel weird to think something is hanging out of yourself
I don't think its because you're fat. Plenty of fat trans women around and I don't think I've ever seen this before.
I'd consult a different surgeon, and make sure you check the wiki here.

You MUST use a web browser to view that, NOT a reddit app, or you won't see most of it.
It has lost its rear attachment point to the pelvic floor. The only permanent solution is key hole surgery for reattaching. Shouldn't be difficult.
My understanding is that’s not a common result of surgery… honestly it sounds to me like your surgeon fucked up and is blaming you for it.
Same patient from dr kuldeck had the same problem. She did second surgery they took that prolapse away, she said dr kuldeck didn't graft it properly inside that why it came out.
I have the same issue. I did my SRS with Dr, Kuldeck and I have vaginal prolapse same as this photo. Can you please tell me where did your friends fix hers.
Its not because you are fat, I can assure you as a chunky trans girl I did not experience this. Its most likely because whatever had been anchoring your canal failed to hold. Get second opinions, reach out to other surgeons this is fixable.
I'm sorry you're going through this. I'm sorry your doctor and gynecologist are fat-shaming you. Love you, and don't give up. Keep looking until you find a good doctor.
your surgeon sounds like a real asshole to blame your weight for their mistake. I'd go elsewhere for a revision.
Wtf “ because you’re fat “ … that’s crazy
When did the prolapse came out?
