I see Littleton only gives between 10cm to 13cm with the jejunum graft. That seems low for PIV sex afterwards. Is it really expandable during intercourse as he claims?
It is and with dilations too. It’s not overnight, though.

I've seen some good results from Dr Littleton but it seems like those good results are very often only after revision, and the inicial ones are.. idk, not that good?
What was your experience with him like? He seems like the only option available for me in Portugal that's minimally decent (I only know of him here and the NHS which is way worse) but I feel uneasy with the conflicting results I see from him around here
Hi, I also had my SRS with him. And I understand your hesitation because I was feeling the same before I choose to go through with it. If you're able to get your surgery covered by your insurance I'd go for it! (I wasn't and still don't regret choosing him over the surgeons in Belgium that would have been covered)
The technique he uses is worth having to go through the initial recovery + a revision in my opinion. If you have any questions feel free to ask. (If you've already send me a message and I haven't responded yet I'll get to it ASAP)

I understand what you’re saying. The thing is, there’s always a lot of swelling internally and the outside stitches get fragile. It’s very easy to have those stitches open. I’d say it’s good to be ready for a touch up.

Sexo ainda é difícil, mas fiz apenas 3 vezes. C/o dilatador é outra coisa. 15cm confortaveis, q é o dilatador q to usando. Qd usava um maior, uns 16, 17cm.
E a estetica? Ouvi dizer que a vagina do dr Litleton parece muito cis e que homens não conseguem notar diferenças nela.

I don’t know the current price, I paid around 60k BRL, but the price I paid was from 2 years ago. This was in Brazil and hospital was covered by insurance. The first surgery was in February and the touch up in August.

There's a girl in another post who said the cost is close to 20000€ and with this surgeon you always need a revision which cost 4000€. He has good results but that's a lot of money
Hi I think you're referring to me and just to clarify, that 20k included the revision, flights for two and accommodation for two for the duration of the recovery in Lisbon (the surgical and hospital costs of the first surgery + flights and accommodation were around 15-17k). Definitely still expensive if you can't get the surgical costs covered by insurance but for me it was worth it. This was also two years ago so all of the costs for the first surgery have gone up.

My initial consultations with him were in 2021 and my surgery was eventually booked for March 2022. His prices have gone up since then so my surgery costs were less than what he charges now.
Why would he need to see your genitals? All genital 'abnormalities' would be discussed during your consultation, his technique also doesn't depend on genital tissue for depth so unless you have extremely little tissue to work with there should be plenty available for the recreation of the vulva.
I have no idea about the European costs, sorry.

Yes, I did it in Brazil and yes, communication can be hard, you need to be persistent. I paid around 50 BRL, but I’d been his patient for 2 years, so it was cheaper than what he was charging back then. He needs to comply with the Brazilian law, which demands a letter from a psychiatrist and endocrinologist. I also had a letter from my psychologist, but that’s no longer needed. You need to be on hrt for at least 2 years, I guess, which wasn’t an issue to me.
Expect to live for dilations during the first year. Recovery isn’t as fast as in penile inversion. I believe the lubrication is enough to have sex, yes. I haven’t had it yet. I managed to get to the last dilator, which is around 14/15cm long. I know friends who can take bigger penises when aroused.
