You could see about prescription steroid creams. I had a lot of scattered areas inside my vagina of granulation tissue. 2 silver nitrate treatments and 2 weeks of steroid cream helped tremendously.

100% really should be on clobetasol or something of similar strength to keep this from coming back after silver nitrate treatments.

Wouldn’t clobetasol thin out the skin and make future tears which could develop into granulation possible?

Right there with ya girl! I am 4 months post and am doing weekly silver nitrate treatments. Hang in there, we have to heal at some point :-)
