Yes that is him! But I went through an Australian travel + plastic surgery agency called Cosmeditour and including flights, accomodation, anaesthesia and all the rest it cost me $12,000 AUD which is roughly $9,000 USD xoxo

Hey! I had my Bottom surgery in my home town a year before (Melbourne Australia) but I went to Thailand because it was much cheaper for me!

You look amazing!! I'm so happy for you! Also, did you mean you got only your fillers done by other doctors or did you get the orthodontic jaw surgery with Dr. Jirawatnotai as well? I'm really contemplating my decision because if he does jaw surgery AND rhinoplasty, then that'll put him at the top of my list.
