Hi everyone, what did you use for douching? Doctor gave me syringe with vaginal catheter, but I can’t insert catheter inside my vagina, is too soft and I always hurt somewhere. Please help me :)
I got a regular old douche from Walgreens, it’s just a big red rubber bag with a hose

As I understand it, the classic douche is a bag and a hose with a nozzle. It’s what various insults (douchebag, douche nozzle) actually refer to.

They wanted me to use the medicated iodine summers eve, but they were out, so I got the vinegar one (same brand), and I found it to be much better.
What your surgeon gave you is what I use it's not hard to get in especially after dilating with the orange dilater. I use 1/2 distilled white vinegar and 1/2 distilled water. It works great.
I didn’t use orange one, only until green one. For me it’s hard because the catheter slips inside my vagina and is soft.
Yes it is soft but the tube is stiff enough to go all the way into your vagina. For me this is a lot more comfortable than store bought duches.
