I thought the same thing. The studio where they took this picture is the same place where I got the surgery. It was a bounce flash off the ceiling onto a reflector that was about 45° to my face. Using a 35 mm lens which I thought was a little weird.
The second picture I took with my own studio strobes. No shadows never any shadows 100 mm

Funny story on that one. I broke my nose, or should I say my partner who is no longer with me broke my nose. I had to get a revision rhinoplasty and so the thing is swollen as it's ever been. They told me the swelling probably will subsist for 24 months. I had to get the police involved it was devastating

Oh thank you for your kind words. Yeah I've read that a lot on forums and I can understand what you mean by that. I was very specific to tell them that I did not want the super upturn curvy like Elfie kind of looking nose? It was just more small and that was it the tip did not go down like it does now but it didn't curve up unnecessarily. I think the transition is good though from the forehead to the nose at the top.
Wow what a mean girl thing to say. 🤡

The nose was better for the week or so that I had it from facial team
Gosh girl I'm sorry that's fucking horrible. Hope recovery for it goes well in the long term. I got an infection in mine 1.5 weeks after FFS and it swelled up like a baby balloon. Hurt so bad before I got the abscess drained and antibiotics. Fortunately it seems to have recovered for me. Hope yours does too in time.
Oh wow that sounds awful! Yeah the nose is the slowest to heal that's what I've heard from both facial team and doctor Spiegel
I have a follow up with Dr Spiegel on the 21st I'll let this thread know what the future for my nose is looking like lol I really hope I don't have to get another revision it was terrible
Yeah, other than the so-far-enduring numbness on my head the forehead surgery wasn't so bad overall. The nose has been much slower to recover.
I thought jaw was typically the slowest recovery?
Oh yeah my jaw's been sore since the first day and it hasn't really gone down at all
You look fabulous and most importantly happy 😌.
Oh my goodness you are so sweet I hope you're having a wonderful evening thank you so much
What surgeons did you have and what areas did each do? Where did you have the surgery? What did you have done?
Sorry for the straight forward questions. I have surgery with FT next year.
Oh and Dr Bailon was there for sure because when I was about to be wheeled into the surgery room I started crying and he held my hand. Such a sweetheart... https://youtu.be/RrQBsWu_3DA?si=O5LjA4QziBgB488l
They never tell you the surgeons, at least they never told me and I asked before and after. They gave me the team answer that they usually give. Although Dr Perceval told me many of the surgeons came in and out during the procedure including Dr Simon Dr Capitan. I had four head nose chin and jaw. The surgery was in marbella Spain and it was pretty easy the first day and a half two days, third day was very swollen. When you walked around people would stare. Then the last day before the stitches came out for some reason my skin had healed and it got really tight and that was the most pain I was in the whole time but they gave me good medicine for that..
Thanks for getting back to me. It means allot 💖. I have been informed of the surgical team that will attend a while back. My surgery will be in Marbella as well. How do you feel your results are in comparison to what you wanted and expected? Any complications of any sort? How was the surgeons, do you feel they met your expectations?
I think my results are good considering it's just the first month. Some of the former patients told me they didn't see really good results until the 7th month or so. My jaw is still swollen big time so I know that the lower half of my face will definitely get slimmer and most likely have kind of a heart shape! It's definitely what I wanted and expected I've already been treated much differently when I'm out and about. A lot less getting clocked 😅 and many of my friends have done a complete double take like jaw dropping lol. The surgeons that I met were awesome! Dr Perceval has the funniest sense of humor in him and I meshed really well. He was there before and after the surgery. The weirdest thing is after you get the type 3 forehead reconstruction it feels like there's a water balloon under your skin and if you touch your temple or your forehead you can hear like squeezing water moving around
I so happy or you =). For me it's a once in a lifetime oportunity to do this, so I can't really help being a bit nervous. I'm having a type 3 brow, feminizing rhinoplasty and chin feminisation. My surgery is on thr 9th of july next year. Would it be okay if i check in with you in a couple of months to see how you're doing?
Feel free to check in whenever you want! Glad I could help ❤️ I'm sure you'll do fine in July of next year. Fingers crossed for you
Congrats. You look beautiful. Is it ok to share an estimation of the total FFS cost?
50k us + 11k for the revision to my broken nose.
Wow. You have taken on a huge project.
Thank you!
