I do think that its not just swelling.

Before transition I halfed my body weight. From 150kg in the worst times now down to 70+-

Some of it is loose skin that i want to be taken care of in the future. But this surgery was higher up on my priority list

How is your comfort level after 30 days?

Walking, standing and laying is comfortable and i don't feel any discomfort whatsoever.

Sitting without a Donut pillow sucks hard. With its not pleasant but only mildly unpleasant.

Otherwise all is fine no pain when dilating just a increased feeling of tightness. Maybe i need to ramp up my shedule ftom 3 times a day 30 minutes.

All in all im feeling pretty good. Just aiming when peeing is utterly impossible so fare😅

Excellent!! I can imagine both it being new and the swelling are probably something folks don’t give a lot of consideration to pre op. I certainly hadn’t thought about it much, but will a little more.

Using lavanid twice a day for dilation. Morning and evening, and OeKolp once per day at the lunch break.

Way told not to apply more around the general area. In hospital sometimes a enzymatic cream on floofed up kompresses. However i not got a recipe for it and was told its no longer nessesary.

Next gym checkup is in the second Januar week
