FFS nerve damage help

Hello please I have a question after jaw surgery i have damagee my mandibular nerve (now it is 3 years after surgery) doctor brushed so much jaw and damaged my mandibular canal so my nerve is exposed. Please is there any solution how to correct it? Thank you!

You should talk to a doctor, people here are knowledgeable but it no way a replacement for actual drs

Thank you and do ou have tip for sny excelent maxilofacial surgeon? I asked some in Belgium and in my home country - Czech. All of them told me there cannot be anything done

Paraasthesia. Sometimes burning, sometimes just numbness of left part of the chin. Sometimes it is better sometimes worse and still left part of chin is extremely sensitive. But it us totaly anoying. If i touch from bottom part of jaw, i can almost feel nerve.

These symptoms sound like neuropathic pain. More surgery is unlikely to help this. Have u considered seeing a chronic pain specialist?
