I don't think you need FFS

Not much at all. The only thing you'd likely benefit from would be brow bone reduction and orbital rim contouring. How's your bite? It looks like you may have the slightest underbite in the last photo, but it could just be the photo angle

I do have an extremely slight underbite. Maxillofacial surgeon doesnt want to do ortho surgery for it and recommends chin reduction to mask it...i dont see how that would mask it unless I also got upper lip fillers?

A T osteotomy will almost certainly change the appearance of your underbite. I don't recommend upper lip fillers, but you could look into fat grafts.

Imo you don’t ~need~ anything, you have really feminine cheeks, nose and eyes. Your brow bone sticks out a little but despite that you still have a cis passing feminine a f face. You could do a brow bone reduction but Imo only if u would feel more confident bcus u rly don’t need it.

Thank you for letting me know! I just get this dysphoria that hits hard, and yeah, people can tell when I talk.

Your face is already naturally androgynous, and you're so pretty. Your lip-to-nose height is good and you have a nice femme upper lip shape. Your nose is lovely. I can't see your hairline, so it's hard to speak to that. In these photos your femme features mostly outweigh your masc facial features, but if you're having trouble with being clocked, I'd suggest a handful of things:

  1. Craniotomy and brow shave
  2. T osteotomy
  3. Fat grafts to cheeks and maybe to lifts

You could potentially also handle some shaving down of the corners of the jaw and masseter reduction to keep it from growing back.

Oh wow I had to look up 1 and 2...what about trach shave? If I got a neck lift I think my adams apple would be quite prominent. I have my preauth going to spiegel first and then Del Corral.

If you look at my most recent post in this subreddit you’ll see what I think about trach shaves. And also I legit don’t think you need one.

I agree with the maxi; a little jaw reduction at most! You look very feminine!

Kybella, it will make your jawline look gorgeous and accentuate your lovely cheek bones and bone structure, it’s amazing how much it can change your appearance with a tiny change, recovery super quick too, you look absolutely gorgeous already though❤️
