Thank you all! My forehead was lowered and I had no hair loss from the procedure. I am having a scar revision on one of my corners.
These photos are a year apart
We have a lot of very similar features (I am most insecure about my forehead/hairline and my chin/jaw) so this is incredible to see.
I hope this isn’t offensive to make the comparison but currently I feel like my head is so big for my features, and it almost looks like she just hit “delete” on a third of the bulk of your skull lol. Amazing results, congratulations! Definitely adding her to my list.

I can’t wait until wearing my fave tomboy fashion doesn’t get me misgendered (at least not any more than of my cis friends would be). I fully expect my confidence to skyrocket with results like these, let alone for all the traveling and public events I do (like cosplay cons - I hate my pictures being ruined by how my face looks)

Was the "before" photo taken shortly before surgery? Also, what was the summary of the work done?
Before was taken at preop. I had a lip-lift, forehead contouring, hairline lowering with brow-lift, and a trach shave with platysmaplasty (sp?)
