Holy shit I’m sorry this happened to you. I’m going to Marano for phallo and he’s been great to me but I’ve been wondering how he was with mtf patients. I’m really shocked he did these things.
I'm shocked too, I saw that he was actively making TikToks and thought some of the opinions he was sharing about trans people were fantastic. I didn't consider that he would be so immediately spiteful when he saw I was non-comforming
For as supportive as he is, he’s still cis. They just don’t understand. It really sucks that he behaves this way to gnc patients. I didn’t consider that being binary and typically masculine would give me a way different experience with doctors before now.
I know! I remember hearing of issues nonbinary and gnc people would have in the past, but I assumed that was in the past. I've only starting presenting myself as a butch for about half a year or so after being a feminine woman for over two years

As I understand, you shouldn't trust anyone who will recommend just laser, that can mean they haven't done vaginoplasty long enough to realize hair can and will come back after @ 10yrs.
So what happens if I already had laser on that area? I haven’t had srs yet.

I went all in and bought an actual machine.
I knew I would spend less in the long run because I'm a stay at home mom, and I would never be able to afford to do as many sessions as necessary and I don't trust people and firmly believe electrolygists want repeat business.
I taught myself through online instruction and the actual electrolygist materials. But I'll tell you it isn't easy and sometimes getting the angle is really hard. On the plus side, I can do 4+ hour sessions if I want, and I can hit trouble hairs that show up later on my upper lip.

There are covert transphobes abound, and you're better off not getting surgery with someone like that. You never know what kind of hack job they'd be willing to do if they don't want you to appear cis there.

You and your jealousy and negativity is helpful to NO ONE. If anything, be happy for them and their journey and that they have the opportunity to be who they are asap.
I had to run away to start HRT and was only able to get as far as I have with getting a consultation because I'm going to be a lawyer in the future and want to understand and polish the process for other trans people. It's a good community here and I'm sure you'll find the support you need, especially as things continue to get better for us through our political action.
