I'm amazed at 4 weeks, even if you end up getting revisions it looks like you are really well set up and scars should be minimal. Happy for you that everything seems to be going well so far.

I have the same issue with the first 3 inches, a bit harder, then getting from 5 to 6 takes time, but I can't say I feel much of the ridging on the way through, there are some sore spots, but overall, it's not too bad. I'm still on size 2, I'm taking it a bit slower, as I had 2 weeks at 1.5, though I'm solely on size 2 now. I've not really looked inside and seen the clit, I know she's there, she reminds me, as she's pretty damn sensitive, but I'm almost at the 8 week mark and will start looking over the next week.
