I've hidden this by default (spoiler) as its quite graphic.
For context the 1st picture is 6 days post op. One of the other doctors not the leading surgeon pulled out my packing with just me and him in the room. Nearly instantly my graft came out with it. The doctor tried pushing it back inside and it just shot right back out. I sat in that hospital bed waited over 10 hours to get my “emergency revision”. The second picture is 3 days post the 1st revision with my drains. The 3rd was October 23rd things only got worse. The 4th photo October 27th it wound dissidents just continued. By the next day Dr. Saberski tried stitches but they would end up just making my skin continue to pull apart a total of 8 times no matter what kind of sutures or skin glue. This is reflected in photos 5-8. November 14th I went under again for more stitches and urethra issues. Photos 10-15 are when they finally had me using the wound vacuum which should have been the standard to begin with. I warn anyone who’s read this far stay away from Dr. Saberski as much as possible. I didn’t even get a pre op, one of his residence inserted the dilator into my anus, to the charge nurse wanting to assist in my diolation even though I couldn’t because I was way to swollen (and they said petite diolators didn’t exist) the only close experience she had was putting in a tampon?? I could go on and on. I’m active duty military so my insurance isn’t allowed to cover srs, and the waiver process is very complex, so I thought going to the “presidents hospital” was a safe bet. I was wrong.
Would you mind naming your surgeon?
Dr. Ean R. Saberski MD Plastic Surgery at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center as I'm am active duty military.
There's a number of people who have had complications posting in this sub before. If you want to find a surgeon to fix it I'd recommend spend a lot of time researching surgeons. I'd also stay far away from Dr. Ean R. Saberski in the future.
If OP doesn't reply I think it's probably a fair bet to assume it's Rumer & she doesn't want legal repercussions.
No it was Dr. Saberski an Army plastic surgery doctor.
I am so sorry this happened to you sis.
Yeah I had 2 blood transfusions and a magnesium transfusion
I hope you're not in much pain if any :(. Did they say what may have caused this to happen?
well the initial prolapse was due to the surgeon not using enough lubricant for the vaginal packing. No idea what kept causing the sutures to break
That's fucking horrifying holy jesus god I'm so sorry.
it’s okay i’m doing a lot better now
I hope you are okay ❤️ much love .
thank you so much!! 😭🩷
I am so sorry about your complications. I hope it gets better for you.
info???
surgeon. method. desired result?
Surgery performed by Dr. Ean R. Saberski MD Plastic Surgery at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. October 10th initial surgery, October 16th packing removed and prolapse immediately after resulting in same day emergency revision. November 14th another revision due to sutures continually breaking. Wound vac in early December allowed for healing to finally occur.
That's unfortunate. Military surgeons probably don't have much experience with SRS.

Sending lots of love 🥰 You will get through this sister😘
how has healing been since, functionally and aesthetically? I'm worried something like this might happen to me
Your best chance is to make sure you choose a surgeon with a good public track record. Lots of public reviews and post-op photos. Few negative ones.
I don't really have too much of a choice for many reasons. That's why I'm asking about recovery regarding this surgeon
Wait for more reviews or don’t have surgery. It’s a huge risk at this point.
If you have the money to go to Thailand that’s another option. It’s a lot cheaper than the USA.
