Honestly not much to report. Swellings down, stitches dissolved, lost a good bit of labia definition, can finally access my clit tho. Still doing orange 4x a day but next week should be the end of that. Dilations easy, having a vulva is amazing, definitely spent a ton of karma on this one having no major complications.

I do see myself coming back for a revision next year just to get the labia minora defined more clearly and to get forchette, plus to maybe redo the clit from the horseshoe shape to a nub. But its still only 6 weeks so I got 5 more months of possible changes to keep an eye out for.

Really looking forward to getting permission to put something besides dilators in me, plus I'm eyeing those dilators larger than orange too. Thats at 3 months I think though.

natal anatomy usually has the minora come back together below the canal, Bluebond doesn't do it in primary because the tension in the area almost always makes it lose any definition you put in, but she does it in revision fine.

How does the labia revision usually work? how were her reference photos of other revision surgeries?

Someone just got a labia revision so I'm following her case but like, I haven't talked to or asked about it yet, but I'd def come back to NYU for it.
