Just react the clinic and ask I’d say. Or visit your local gynecologist.

You can find one that knows what they’re doinf from here:

I just got into a call with them and I sent them the pictures. It's apparently from blood trapped inside the skin of the labia (hematoma?) that is now getting out. They told me to shower twice daily and to not worry about it.

Let's see

That’s good to know already. I’m still at the clinic on my day 8 haha

I have the same thing happening i think, i am 12 days post op and my labia are swollen. My doctor looked at it when i was 8 days post op told me that it will be expelled but that it will bleed.

That looks like an excellent result! In terms of aftercare, the key is to keep everything as dry and as well ventilated as possible. In terms of worry, how does the wound smell? If it smells clean or slightly metallic, you're probably OK. If it smells off in any way, I would be concerned. If in doubt please get it looked at by a medical professional? If nothing else, they should be able to put your mind at ease 💕

I was at the gynecologist the day before yesterday and they gave me antibiotics. It used to smell bad, but now it smells normal? As I told in the other comment the doctors at the clinic told me not to worry about it because it's blood that is getting out from the labia that is now healing

In that case, make sure you finish your course of antibiotics, and you should be OK? If the smell comes back, please seek advice again though!

Yes, I will try to take care of it. The doctor said also to shower often so the wound stays clean. I have an appointment with my gynecologist on Monday and I hope it will be better

Wound separation is very common, especially in that area. It happened to me in the exact same spot about 8 days after my surgery (I’m 5 1/2 weeks post-op). My surgeon (Dr. Mundinger) said it would heal on its own, and it is!
