May I ask about the wait times between you setting up your consultation, the consultation, and your upcoming surgery in january?
Well, to start off, it doesn't exactly work that way. I guess they can because their reputation is deservedly very good, but I did not have a traditional consultation in that sense. Before I could apply for a surgery date, I had to fill in a questionnaire mostly with medical questions, which they use to see if I'm good for surgery.
If given the okay, you are then able to apply for surgery dates once they free up, which is every quarter of the year. Say dates are freeing up Jan 1st, the surgery dates that become free are those of Jan-March of the next year. I.e. If you attain a surgery date when applying, it will be for 1-1.25 years in the future. They also ask you to specify availability in that timeframe, the broader your availability, the better your chances.
I got incredibly lucky myself, I reserved last May and specified availability for all the dates offered, but likely due to cancellations or surgery dates freeing up otherwise, I was offered a date in January already. So all in all, between scheduling and surgery, there will be 8 months.

Great results! What technique was used?
To add to OPs reply, the suporn method uses a scrotal skin graft, the tunica vaginalis (a membrane around the testes), and the urethra to make the vaginal lining, leaving most of the penile skin tissue to be used for full length labia. How they have enough to do so is by taking the scrotal skin and turning it into a lattice. I think this probably works similar to how you make a decorative puff pastry lattice for a beef wellington, by making parallel offset lines of short incisions in a sheet of pastry (this is my guess, I'm super interested in learning how it actually works if someone has more complete knowledge). This does mean that a lot of scar tissue must grow to fill the gaps and that requires more intense dilation to keep stretchy.
Is age a factor in the healing process when using the Suporn method? I'll be almost 40 by the time I get mine done.
There were plenty of girls when I was there that were mid thirties and several that were over 40. Age didn't seem to contribute to pain, healing, or results ❤️

What type of sensation do you have? I sooo much am excited about my opportunity coming up.
Yeee, so my sensation currently is a little overwhelming. I have really strong sensation on my clit and beneath that as well (Chon organ). I'm too early to really explore yet, but I also have immense sensation at the back of my vagina from cm 14-18. It's honestly too much rn hahaha especially with dilation, but I'm an outlier having so much sensation there I think.
In terms of sexual sensation, from what I can tell it's definitely there and I'm extremely excited to start exploring next month 🥰
Did you have any type of clitoral necrosis?
Uhhh, I had 10-20%. Bank says this is "superficial and won't affect sensation". So far he was on the money and it cleared up completely in the first week out of hospital!
So you differentiate between regular sensation and sexual sensation? I always kind of imagined if it’s not sexual, it’s painful… what’re the sensations like when it’s nonsexual? The canal, the clitoris and the chon organ? I’ve heard some girls with PPTV (not Banks or Suporn AFAIK) say their canal is not sexually sensitive, some say it’s comparable to anal, only the clit is erogenous.
I’ve heard many banks girls say they’re very sensate initially after surgery, especially in their clitoris and secondary organ, but not always necessarily in a sexual way. Does it take time for your body to connect all of those current sensations you feel with your libido? Like, those overwhelming sensations will slowly become more erogenous as it heals…?
I'm not op, but I had surgery around the same time as her. My canal has regular sensation in the entire canal as well as sexual sensation in the back and the anterior wall. For me it feels very different compared to anal. It feels more comfortable and is more arousing. I don't really feel my chon organ, but I assume it's part of what makes my anterior wall feel good. As for my clit, I haven't explored it yet because I am just 6 weeks post op, but I can feel it and I know it is sensitive to some degree. Right now the normal sensation in the canal is painful because of the scar contractions, but if I don't have contractions it doesn't hurt.
What is the chon organ? I can't seem to find anything about in the internet
The chon organ (Chonburi organ, named after Chonburi, the city Suporn/Bank do surgeries) is basically a part of the glans penis that is able to be retained due to Suporn's surgical technique It's called the 'bulbourethral gland'. It makes pre-cum, basically, and is part of the glans penis. Suporn's technique allows this to be retained rather than removed, and its reworked into the neovagina. This has the effect of a) allowing more nerves from the glans penis to be retained (a glans has half the nerve endings of a clitoris spread over a larger area, so you usually lose some level of sensation after your glans is reshaped into a clitoris), and b) allowing some level of self-lubrication when aroused in Suporn patients (although of course, individual results will vary)

Glad your pain hasn't been too bad. Do you have a good pain level comparison you could give as an example? Sorry dilation is getting tough but as fast as you've been healing you might be entering the phase where the scar tissue starts to contract etc and needs repeatedly stretching, though I hear for most people that tends to be more around the 3 month mark. I wasn't circumcised and that assisted with some of my primary labiaplasty. Even if I was, it doesn't matter too much. I could still achieve the same look easily, just sometimes after revision. It also depends on your length for labiaplasty to begin with 🥰

Do you need to dilate forever or can you stop at some point?
According to the Clinic, I will need to dilate forever, but I doubt this. At least to the extend where I will notice it. After 1 year, I can drop down to 2-3 times a month and then after year 2, I can even go down to 1ish a month. But if I'm having regular sex at that point, then it may not even be necessary. Only time will tell!

Thank you!!! He did for me. It is really dependant on starting material and how the surgery goes. He will try to do it during primary as that would be ideal, but it is not guaranteed if post op separation is likely.
