Nice revision :) The primary surgery is clearly inferior.
FT did a good job medialising and sealing the area.
when they showed me what they would do i felt the secondary procedure was justified, both to correct the defect/depression and to complete the feminisation

Sorry I donโt understand what you mean. If you check my other post with the scans it might be clearer what theyโve done here. The pink stuff over the bone is bone powder from refining the contours of the forehead with a burr

Omg it looks so good! How did you know that your forehead work with Sluzky was botched? Did you see or feel the depression? Iโve heard that she typically uses implants to hide/camouflage the imperfections. And would you mind sharing the price of forehead with facial team?

I mentioned this in my lengthy post about my experience with Sluzky but I could feel a significant depression in my brow in the first few days of surgery when I was taking the compression bandage on and off to wash my hair and so on. it felt like the skin was tented over a big hole in my face. it did improve a bit (the result of which you can see here 15 months later) as the bone smoothes sharp edges out and fills in gaps somewhat but the work was clearly shit from the start. no other word for it.
price of the revision was their standard rate plus 20% so for the forehead work alone 12k in euros I think it was, then you have hospital fees and I stayed in their recommended accommodation. they aren't cheap these days.

Hmmm i'm having a consultation with facial team in week. I gotta be honest when I look at their results, there's so minimal that they're almost invisible.. which is kind of disappointing. Just like the profile of the before and after here I see no difference.
differences are clearer in the CT scan, though it was 2/3rds of the way there already feminisation wise as this is a revision, a secondary surgery. changes will be more dramatic in a primary surgery usually.

best wishes with the consultation. it might be important to remember that generally european plastic surgery focuses on safe natural results, with european beauty standards. the US has a different aesthetic culture as do other parts of the world, like turkey, east asia etc.
