Hi everyone!
I'm hitting 6 months post op in a few days and thought I'd followup with some photos.
Sensation has returned and I've been feeling 100% for a few months now. I'm able to orgasm through external stimulation though I'm still a bit scared to try penetration.
There is still some lingering granulation tissue inside the canal that is being very annoying and persistent, but it's getting better over time.
Dilation is certainly a chore but it's become a lot easier now. I can generally complete a dilation in ~20-25 minutes and fully insert it beyond all dots.
Hope this is helpful and happy to answer any questions in comments and feel free to DM me if you have further questions.

Looks great. I'll be 6 months on Thursday. Similar experience to you and similar aesthetics. You're doing amazing.
Thank you and you too! Did you also go to KP on 4/25? Maybe we had it on the same date!
No, different surgeon entirely. I was on 4/24 with Dr Kieth in NJ.
I had my double Orchiectomy done by Dr. Patel. Vaganiaplasty will be done by Dr. Keith or Dr. Rose.
They are wonderful!
Outstanding! She looks gorgeous
Hello, it looks great! Congratulations
Wow! It looks amazing. Happy for you girl!
That is some aesthetically good work!
Credible that looks incredible
Wow! She looks amazing - almost perfect! Soooo jelly. Hopefully I can be so lucky, someday.
damn girl amazing results! i hope it settles in nicely for you!
posts like this make me wanna get SRS but im too damn scared 😢
Honestly it's not as scary as it seems! If you're curious about the details of immediately after I wrote up a pretty long comment thread here: https://www.reddit.com/r/Transgender_Surgeries/comments/1dgzkku/comment/l9uzp83/ By far the worst part is hair removal.
omg thank you so much!!!! ill look into it more
down time from work is what worries me as being a mechanic is very physically demanding

Yes! I actually went through about 2 years of weekly electrolysis to fully remove all hair in the area. That was honestly the hardest part of the whole experience, even more than post surgical recovery.
(This is 2 months old, sorry I didn't see!)
Very nice!
Phenomenal! Do you happen to know what methods she offers or recommends?
She offers PI and PPT and I believe also colovaginoplasty.
The way she explained it to me is that PI is recommended as it is proven to have good long-term outcomes and has the lowest risks. Typically, PPT is not recommended unless indicated. For example, if a patient doesn't have enough skin for PI. This is because PPT has higher risks since it now involves the abdomen rather than just the limited area that PI operates in. Same applies to colovaginoplasties.
I know she also offers minimal/zero depth and orchiectomies along with FtM procedures but I don't know enough to comment on them.
That is a gorgeous kitty. Congratulations.
dang girl, that is beautiful! I wonder if retinol or certain laser procedures designed to minimize scarring could work on the tell-tale scars that most of us will have if we do srs.
To answer your question, I haven't done anything to minimize scarring (silicone patches, etc). It's just been healing on its own and I've seen enough progress to not really care to go look for solutions.
I think it helps that Dr. Poh's technique makes it so that the only major incisions are right on the lip or tucked away. It looked real bad early on (as you can see in my previous post) but it got so much better over time.
I'm starting to search for CO2 laser for scars and skin tightening but I'm only 50 days and I'm so happy to see how op' scars changed over time, makes me hopeful and trustful to the process. 6 months is just the beggining and what to say about less than 50 days lol. Congrats to Op. Looks amazingly beautiful already. And thanks for sharing your timeline ❤️
ya op looks great! I was curious if she was doing anything for it or if just healed up that well! I have some scars on my face that I'm about to get lasers on to hopefully minimize. Retinol didn't do shit for that, but supposedly it can help with scarring.
thank you! Definitely trust the process and take photos! They really helped me realize how much has changed since the beginning.
