You look great. Your results look really similar to my cis female partner’s anatomy - labia and clitoral hood - and I’ve always thought she was absolutely gorgeous down there. Rarely will a surgical result like this ever turn out exactly how we’d imagined it beforehand, but if the goal is to have a female-presenting vulva, you’ve nailed it.

:o I can count on one hand the amount of surgeons I’d trust in the world to do this procedure based on the entirety of their results, and it looks like a new surgeon from spain just popped up. Congrats, it looks amazing imo and I’m pretty picky. Would recommend some scar cream though while you’re still only 4 months in as you sound upset about them, although I think you could play it off as stretch marks tbh
