Did you bring your own pillow?

That’s awesome she is there with you! I hope you have a smooth and easy recovery :)
Yeah, lying on your back in those beds at the Barrix clinic was the worst part of the experience for me. I didn't take any pain meds (I am super impressed you are able to do anything same day!) but after the second day in those beds my back was absolutely killing me.

Walking is awesome, I wore the nurses station out walking. You must be doing very well!
I was/am very impressed that you were on the phone or computer on Reddit the day of recovery. That's a very strong constitution!

You sound like you'll be good to go in no time! Seriously.
In my case I drove myself home to Boston at the end and was working more or less full time the next week. Obviously not something she'd recommend but I felt fine and had no complications other than some granulation. I was gtg with everything and not even thinking about it (exercising, etc) within 3 months I think. It was way less arduous than I guess I'd expected. Also, it looks great:)
OMG!!!!!!!!
I've always considered you as a cohort since you basically started transitioning around the same time I did.
<happy claps>
How long did it take to go from initial contact > consult > scheduling surgery date?
Also, congrats!!!!
I'm having mine done with her in a month! What are you current thoughts?

I've been imagining the same thing for when I get FFS in the fall.
I can totally relate to that. I’m 3+ months post and I still can’t believe it sometimes.
My first sense upon waking up was of relief!
How did it go?

How long did it take from beginning your journey to get to this stage?
Aww Im so happy for you.💕
Congrats! I hope healing goes well. I’m FtM but morphine helped me a ton during top surgery pain (I have a low threshold). How are you feeling? I hope it’s a easy and fast recovery!

I had similar feelings with getting a hysto + top! Dealing with surgery recovery can be a challenge but I’m glad to hear you’re doing well! Surgery once recovered is like, life changing 💕 you may be surprised how fast you can become mobile again! my guess the nurse doesn’t want to scare you if you wake up to see her there but instead she’s waking you up! 😑 sometimes hyper diligence can be a bit much but I’m glad if it means the nurses are checking on you too, ya know? It sounds like your team is good!

Just wanted to shout out to both you girls! My wife had surgery the same day as you on May 7th based on your responses! You must have been the case before her. Just wanted to send my happy healing thoughts to all 🥰
When you squeeze your kegels, does it feel different than before? (Assumimg you know).
Given that you’re still drugged out... how does it feel? Does it feel particularly different or weird down there?
It's been a month, how does it feel. Have you had an orgasm yet? What about masturbation, is it difficult?
