For those having surgery this month.

The previous month here . Next month here .

As an experiment I'm posting August to December ahead of time and will change the sticky post to each one in turn as it occurs. I have also linked in them in the sidebar as a Surgery Calendar.

Have you been required to stop hrt before your srs, or is that something that they are changing now?

Are you having srs in the UK? I was asking as I believe that the Suporn clinic may have updated there policy on hrt stoppage.

Hey no need to apologise. I bet you are super excited. Have you been able to get the NHS to help cover it at all? Do you know if they only help out with NHS based surgeons?

I got GRS at KU med on Sept. 16th. They planned to discharge me on day 2 and I had to fight to be kept longer due to living in a truck camper. I had a gynecologist force herself into attempting dilation for me because the normal surgeon was not in clinic that day. She forced a dilator into my urethra and would not stop until my boyfriend got aggressive, I do not recommend KU med unless you live with your parents and can have lots of support from day 2 through 14. I'm now dealing with a hematoma and have no running water.
