Hi All

So I recently got on the calendar for Suporn however I can't decide if I really want to go that route with Suporn, or go with PAI or Kamol. I really need help choosing, this is such a hard decision. I haven't put my down payment yet but soon I will. Is there anyone out there that can give me some words of Advice?

Thanks

Not op, Wow that is super great to hear. May I ask how long post op you are and how long you chose to stay in chonburi after the surgery?

What has been your experience with your over all pain and the pain management offered to you, are you still on pain meds at this stage? Also how is dilation going, I hear it can get harder about a month out?

Was the strongest pain relief that you were on tramadol? Was the first week the worst and then it got better after that or longer?

Is your skin separation and necrosis still an issue or did the revision take care of it fully?

Did you get the Suporn and Banks combo, where they are both doing the surgery?

Do you think you will be going back for a cosmetic revision at all or is it too early to say?

I think you'd have to go to Thailand to do that. Not sure what the point of it would be.

I have 2 pre-op complications. 1. Lichen sclerosis of the foreskin, 2. Mesh Hernia repair. So I need to know if these issues are going to affect the surgery and the end result.

I had a left inguinal hernia repaired with a piece of mesh. Did not affect my surgery at all. Mine was done by Dr Bank.

I'd just email them and ask.

Those are 3 very different surgeons. Have you looked in the wiki here?

Yes I have, it's just hard for me to pick. I kind of eliminated Kamol. I'm not a huge fan of his aesthetics.

Suporn has longer/harder recovery, higher price, better depth, better post-op care, far more reviews. There's plenty of photos on which to judge aesthetics.

Kamol has very few independent reviews/photos.

What are your priorities?

right now I feel like aesthetics then depth.

Personally I prefer Suporn/Bank aesthetics, but you can compare them yourself easily enough. I find them quite different.

There's not actually that many PAI results published so it's a bit hard to be sure. PAI do standard penile inversion.

That's true, that's why it's so hard to compare. I think you've helped me out making a decision, thank you! :)

What are your reasons for considering those three? Could you explain your thoughts on them?

I'm in the same situation but Dr. Bank instead, if you want to brainstorm with me. I've been reading everything I could find for a few years now and even if I have a ton of accumulated knowledge I still feel somewhat unsure because this is such a huge decision.

Suporn - Top tier surgeon, very nice with aesthetics. I really like that.

PAI- The price is cheaper, less required for dilation. twice fifteen minutes a day.

Kamol- I've heard a lot of girls being happy with their results, even though his work isn't really my favorite.

I guess I would eliminate Kamol, and just decide between Suporn and PAI.

Same, aesthetic result is very important to me. Dilation can be brutal, or easy, wild range of YMMV but there are more difficulty on average from what I've heard.

I assume you mean colon technique. Yeah, the aftercare maintenance (dilation) sounds way easier but what about possible complications as it's a much more invasive surgery? It can also be done as a secondary operation later on if the first results or dilation don't go that well.

Have you looked into PPV?

I have, but I feel like that surgery is pretty new/risky. I'm sure people have had great results but I don't wanna risk my body.
