The left is unnoticeable and I wouldn't mess with it. The right would likely be a great option for intra-dermal corticosteroid injections, and possible surgical excision if that doesn't work. Laser is great for pigmentation issues, but may not be a viable option for a keloid type scar. I would recommend going to a local plastic surgeon, or possibly a dermatologist, for this revision.

Nit that I'm upset about it, but it showed directly without blur in my feed, so maybe you need an NSFW flair or something.
I looked into scarring a while ago and I'd be research very carefully before doing anything with it. Keloid scars can be very difficult to fix, and you can make them worse.

Any chance you can grow the hair back and just cover it up?
I think it looks awesome! No need to have anything done!
Vitamin e liquid capsules, pop it with a needle and do scar massages on it with the liquid
I think the only think shown to help scars is silicone sheets.
Early in wound healing, preventing scabbing helps (less of an issue when it's sutures).
Planning the direction of in/excisions, minimizing wound stress, and suture technique are also important, but these are all just plastic surgery 101.
Laser treatments are shown to incredibly dramatically like magic reduce scars.
I have some big self harm scars and this is what my parents made me do when I was younger to fade them faster once they healed

Wow, good to know. This study does say that it was close after surgery, not months out after it had healed up though.
