Very interesting and so useful and valuable to better know what to expect. Nice prose too :) I will be sure to bring all those things you suggested (except a friend...). Thanks for taking the time to write all of this.

Just to pile on the comment on buying water...it seems the Marbella water is desalinated and simply tastes a bit bad. It's fine for cooking and drinking, but drinking after awhile became a chore as it tasted a bit "off." I wound up going on daily trips to the store post-op to being bottles home in my backpack. I wish I had stocked up before hand. BTW, my Facial Team results were wonderful.

Thanks for this. I’m headed there later this month, so your advice helps greatly.

First, thanks for your vivid account--undoubtably valuable for those researching FFS. Second, remember to speak to Sonja about your anxieties regarding the results, it is pretty common and she may have some recommendations to help. ;) Hope you are feeling better now. Third, a couple of your suggestions for what to bring will be incorporated into the next edition of the patient guide. BTW, it is pretty easy here to purchase SPF gels/sprays, sprayable or squirtable saline solution (Sorry if you were not provided the squirts).
