I have a poor knowledge in anatomy, could you explain what is the element in the upper part we can see in the last pictures ? Is it the urethra ?

lement in the u

i'm assuming you mean the round looking part with the hole in the middle. That is the remains of the penis head that was used to create the clit and I believe the bit in the middle is where the urethra used to be.

The urethra was relocated to just above the vaginal cavity.

This is correct. They used a part of the glans penis that surrounded the urethra through which urine would exit before the surgery. Now the urethra is relocated and what you see now is simply the clitoris with the remnants of the original urethral exit.

Do they slice the head in small? Or do they just hide most of it underneath? Hope it's the latter one though cause of feelings...

They cut the head. What you see as the clit is as much as they keep. They don’t need much.

the c

it might not be the same for everyone but there is actually a lot more under the skin out of view.

Correct. But it’s not the whole thing.

I would expect the whole thing would be hidden under so you have maximum opportunity for sensation right?

What’s the weird bit in the middle in the first days?

that is Gauze packing that is put in the vagina during surgery. it is removed a few days post op just before the first dilation.

I apologize if this is considered rude. But why does your clit still have the urithra in it? Was that a personal choice? Or is that normal? I’ve never seen one with the urithra still visible. Sorry if this is rude

The urethra was relocated to just above the vaginal opening. what you see in the photos is the remains of the old urethral exit. I have no idea why it is still visible but it isn't something i'm looking to fix.

Thank you for answering it professionally. As long as you like it is all that matters, I was just curious as I had never seen that before. Again thank you for being professional.

Damn sis! Ya look good.

Also, if you don't mind me asking what's the thing packed inside in the first two?

The first picture is Gauze packing which is put in during surgery and removed a few days post op.

The second picture is actually the skin healing . that is a mixture of the black dissoluble stitches and the yellow bit is some fibrin which can be found near the wounds. It is a part of the normal healing process.
