I've finished consulting with my shortlist of surgeons and the choice comes down to Keojampa and Mardirossian. I'm likely getting type type 3 forehead (hairline incision) with orbital shaping and browlift, cheek implants, sliding genioplasty and mandible contouring (aggressive chin work), tracheal shave, and septoplasty. A rhinoplasty or lip lift are up in the air.

I'm paying out of pocket and can afford both, though M is significantly more affordable than K and isn't booking as far out.

I think I'm splitting hairs, but I would appreciate input from the community.
