That’s awesome. Post-op treatments are hardly talked about, thank you for posting and spreading awareness for the trans community.

How do you find someone who can do that?

It’s impressive. Is it similar to getting a normal tattoo? Does it hurt?

Also I don’t think it’s expensive as a tattoo I only paid $100 and have free touch ups for a year

The pain was very minimal and it was fairly quick compared to a tattoo and they use flesh tone pigments rather than ink

Have you thought about laser? That might do more than tattooing would for hyperpigmentation

No I’m not interested in laser its too expensive and not as effective as tattooing in opinion

I’m gonna try this for the scares from bottom surgery. They’re already minor after just three months but making them invisible would be amazing.

I had surgery 6 months ago but if I would have known about it I would have got it sooner

Because this is a place w exposure to the sun. One will always have to use some makeup on that spot in case of tanning. So, it's not the best solution.

FYI: There is also laser+PRP, for those not prone to develop prominent scars ( I can't remember what the condition is called hypertrophic). Also, under normal circumstances and good scar care (eg massaging w moisturiser and silicon sheets), a scar takes ~6 months to heal ( more info ).
