Since my last update, the bleeding post dilation has stopped entirely and now the lube is tinted slightly yellow - doctor assures me that's expected. Stitches are pretty much all out, and I'm not even on Tylenol or ibuprofen. No erogenous sensation yet but I haven't given up hope. I'm now down to 3 dilations per day, 10 minutes with the green and 15 with the orange. I'm able to get the orange in all the way to the thumb divot.

My surgeon was a woman, Dr Rachel Bluebond-Langner, out of NYU Langone in NYC :) My insurance paid for it, I just paid my max out of pocket. Was about $1000, I think.
Edit: also, the pain really wasn't that bad, especially compared to the relief I felt afterwards. If this is a thing you need, you can do it - but you also don't have to. Good luck π

The dilator as a whole is 9 inches long, I'm getting about 7"-7.5"

Having seen the last picture, 13 days really does make a big difference in how it looks. It's starting to look really good, and I'm sure it's going to continue to look better and better as time goes on.

Imo your results look phenomenal but i have a question, is that swelling im seeing? Ig what I'm asking is is it swollen and is it going to go down?
I think there's still swelling, and I think it can take up to a year for it to go down completely. I'm definitely less swollen than I was, but I'm not done healing yet.

I'm so glad that you were able to have your surgery before things got really crazy all over the world because of the pandemic. I got sad for a lot of our fellow transwomen had their surgeries cancelled or in hold and I know that the surgeries are important. Thank you for you had the courage to post your post op picture here in Reddit and it would be helpful for people like me who could use some more information and insight regarding SRS which would be helpful in our quest to getting SRS in the future. I'm at just over 4 months post op with a different surgeon, I've got some erogenous sensation back, but I'm still not reliably orgasmic yet. Mileage will vary. Some women are orgasmic after a few weeks, others arent. One of my friends needed a year before she could orgasm reliably after bottom surgery for example.
