That's absolutely amazing! Best result I've ever seen, you must be so happy 💖💖
Awwh 🌷 Miss Fluxer :') love ya dearly!!!!
🥰💖
you are so beautiful. thank you for giving me hope that one day I might be able to fully love my body
I hear you. That's a very familiar feeling for me too. I know it very well. What got me to feel better about my body pre-op was cognitively reframing that negative thought. Instead I focused on what I knew: that she, my body, is going to be there for me in the most important moment of my life - the surgery. She is useful and knows her purpose. Trust in her. Be kind to her. She's the same one that will be there for you when you wake up after surgery. ❤️ Sending hugs your way
Wow! Any other angles? It looks so perf !!
You are awesome! I’ve never seen a review pic from that angle! It’s beautiful! You are heeling so fast! I want to go with her! I just got the go ahead from my docs to start looking and picking a doctor for gcs.
Hey, thanks(: and aah! Congratulations to you on getting the greenlight from your doctors on GCS!!!!! yea Jess Ting is definitely one of the masters! When I made this picture... and saw her for the first time this way... I just burst into tears over how real she looks, well, because she is! Ting's work is excellent.
🌈trans planet 🌎 happy for you looking fantastic thank you for sharing your time and info. 🦄❤️☮️🧜🏼♀️♍️☯️🏳️🌈
Love you dearly Natasha!!!! You always brighten my day 💖 thank you!
are you in any pain at this point?
I was never in pain throughout any of the recovery. Just discomfort ranging from mild to severe. It was only truly uncomfortable when dilating
But a month ago you said you were 3 months post op.
My surgery was December 17th, 2019. I made this photo on January 16th, 2020. So sorry for the confusion! x
OMG! These results are amazing! This was only one month? You're healing so well! I'm still not certain about when or if I will ever have bottom surgery, but with results like this, I am certainly leaning a bit more towards getting it eventually
Thanks Ella yes this was at 1 month. I hope it helps to see regular photos of results instead of photos surgeons take (:
It really does. Surgical photos are just too recent and don't give a good idea of what the results will be after healing.
If this is 1 month, I know you are gonna be super happy after like 6 or a year!
So so so true about surgical photos!!! It's difficult to feel the human context behind them, and picture yourself in their shoes. It's such an intimate and personal part of the body that those photos just don't do it justice.
Thanks for the encouragement 🥰 I'm at month 4 right now and in some ways I still don't feel out of the woods yet! I look forwards to every day because it just keeps getting better and better ❤️
🙏 Holly Moly 😲 if I get anything close to that I'll be looking at my butt for eternity !!! That is just ❤️ perfection.. thank you so much for sharing Xxx
Hahhaha yvw Tristine and thank you for the sweet encouragement 💖
That's a terrific surgeon you have on your hands there 😱 😍 What state is this doctor in?? I'm asking for my FTM partner who's been looking for a great one
I don't know who the best FTM surgeons are, but my vaginoplasty surgeon was Dr. Jess Ting at Mount Sinai's Center for Transgender Medicine and Surgery in NYC. Best of luck to your partner and his transition goals 💥💖 so sweet of you to ask on his behalf!!
This + the other pics you’ve posted look great!!
I’ll echo clarification on timeline though. Your last post said you were 3mos postop, so maybe this is 4?
Oops, I definitely see the confusion because of the title! Sorry about that. The surgery was Dec. 17th, and I made this photo on Jan. 16th.
Do you have a pic from April?
I do! Check PM's in a little bit ❤️
May i ask as well . I plan on going to aging as well in October .. hard to find good pictures . Congrats and live well
how did it look in april?
How long did it take before you could orgasm? I'm at 2mo and I've gotten like halfway there but still can't, it's so insanely frustrating :(
I tried once at 2 months and gave up, then at 2.5 months I was able to (:
And huge congrats to you on your GCS!!!!! So excited for you! Month 2-3 is really when it gets easier and easier. Much love. X
Thank you! I seem to have less pain than other folx wrt sitting / dilating / etc, I don't have much trouble doing any regular activity. I do worry about the orgasm though - like, there's no place that feels super Good when I (gently!) rub it, and there's nothing that resembles a clitoris the way that cis vaginas have it
You're very lucky about the sitting and dilating! That's amazing! As for the orgasm.. The clitoris was made from the head of your penis set inside of you. Keep trying and stay patient(: everything will come back online before you know it(: I can only orgasm from clitotal stimulation so far. Mostly light to moderate pressure and rubbing vibrations do it for me. That being said.. fingering my vagina still feels weird. It's usually the last thing to come back online, so I've heard.
Bodies are so different, I can't feel anything on my vag but my G-spot feels as amazing as ever at 2mo, wayyy better than anything clitoral
That's so interesting! May I ask who you surgeon was?
Dr. Wittenberg in SF - one thing to know is, it's actually way deeper than it "should" be, it's like probably at the 3rd dot of the Soulsource dilator, you might not be able to reach it with your fingers like you could pre-op.
Put the dilator in (oddly, sometimes smaller ones work better than bigger ones), put it in to the 3rd dot or so, push the dilator down towards the floor (i.e. so the end inside you tilts up), then move it back and forth like you're trying to scratch an itch, it'll work better if you're already a little turned on. You'll know when you find it I promise :)
Omg I'm so stoked to try this!! I've heard really good things about Wittenberg. It sounds like you're happy with your results so far! Thank you for the wonderful advice!!
INCREDIBLE!!! Fantastic results!!! Lucky you!!!
Thank you Zen!! Much love. x
Are you able to be moving out and about?
Movement was really good at 1 month! I was still taking it very easy at home, in bed for 95% of the day, but walking did feel way better than standing still.
How far into recovery are you now? How does everything feel, movement-wise?
I'll be 4 months postop on April 17th. Movement wise everything is great. Nowadays the surgical site only feels tired and like it's being pulled downwards.. After about 2hrs of standing up or constant movement. Although I don't have lower abdominal when flexing my abs anymore.. I still haven't excersized yet since the surgery. I can imagine sitting on a bike seat being very uncomfortable still. Week by week things are steadily improving and the postop discomfort is lessening. Can't wait for the day that I get back to my workout routine!! I might wait until month 6-7 just to make sure everything's ok.
Congrats on your surgery, and more congrats on your excellent recovery! I hope you’re loving it.
Thank you so much ❤️ yes we're still getting used to each other but it's certainly love!!
I’m so happy for you!!!!
❣️
That is done really well. I am jealous!
Dr. Ting's work is awesome!
It looks gorgeous!
Awesome ! Could you say something about the cost ?
where did you go? maybe I can get the same results :) I am looking for SRS full time (where is Dr. Ting)
Absolutely gorgeous
[removed]
Nope (:
Beautiful, I hope mine is that nice
Looks good
Wow that looks great :) do you mind if I ask what age you are ? Did you do HRT prior to surgery and for how long ? Also with the orgasming side of things I’ve read that the older you are when having the surgery less chance of orgasm etc , obviously not sure if that’s true or not .
Hey! Good questions. I'm 26. I was on hrt for 1 and 3/4 years. I was able to orgasm at 2.5 months post-op from clitotal stimulation, and now, at 6.5 months post-op my vaginal canal is becoming more pleasurable as the surgery discomfort lessens each week.
Hi and Thanks for reply :) That’s great your can enjoy all that , I’m 44 and i will most likely start HRT at end of the year , is it better to get the bottom surgery when starting HRT or is it ok to wait ?
Congrats on starting hrt soon!!!!! I believe according to WPATH guidelines you must be on HRT for minimum 1 year before a surgeon is allowed to perform a vaginoplasty on you.
Thanks :) yes excited and nervous all at the same time . Won’t be until around Nov-Dec though before I start , as I just want to get to certain weight etc .
Beautiful, yes the best I have seen
Looks perfect...congrats🥰
I am very happy and excited for you, it looks amazing, i bet you are so relieved ❤❤❤
Thanks so much for the love and encouragement!! I am so relieved. In a state of bliss tbh
I hope that I too will be where you are at in your transition one day, it SRS is something I've been wanting for 20plus years, i am seriously so happy for you though, and I hope all of your days ahead are filled with joy and the peace of knowing that you don't have to have that physical reminder of your false gender everyday, I know how exhausting, discouraging and uncomfortable it is to have to live with
Thank you for sharing a bit about your story ❤️ i hope you are able to have your GCS. You deserve that peace and happiness. Big big hugs
Very beautiful, cheers.
Ting really outdid himself! 💕
This is 100% perfect! I hope you are healing well.
Dr. Ting is such a fantastic surgeon. Recovery has been generally uneventful for quite a few weeks now! x
Looks quite good !!
Did you have the peritoneal pull through vaginoplasty?
Ting is a wizard, haha! I had the regular scrotal skin vaginoplasty.
Oh so a non-inversion ?
Ting does a penile inversion with tunica vaginalis graft (the tissue that lines the testes and was previously discarded). They only do a peritoneal graft in the effort of a revision or lack of material.
Oh for a moment, when talking about scrotal skin I thought they were offering the non-inversion that Chett & cie do.
I had read post which made me think anybody could ask for the peritoneal method with Ting now. Didn't know it was still only if there was a lack of material.
This looks amazing! I was just telling my fiancé how all the result pics I’ve seen are from angles that no one (other than a dr) will really see on a regular basis. I was telling him how I would love to see results from the back, since that’s a more common viewpoint (in terms of sex; yes, I know). Thank you so so so much for this; it really knocked off one of the doubts/cons on my list.
You're so right about that! Looking at those kinds of photos can feel so clinical. Glad to have been able to ease some of your doubts ❤️ Here's to something more human
wait so what surgery was this? the one with a vaginal canal for penetrative vaginal sex or without vaginal canal?
With the vaginal canal
NO WAY that is a BEAUTIFUL result!!!!! Congrats
Haha thank you!!!! ❤️
That looks amazing, u a brave woman. I wish can have your courage and do it, but i think it will be too painful for me. How much did u pay fir it. Great job for the doctor, what is the name? Thanks
Thank you(: I'm doing my best to look after the results the surgeon gave me. His name is Dr. Jess Ting and he operates out of Mount Sinai in NYC. The cost was entirely covered by Medicaid + Amidacare, so I never actually saw a bill.
Wow that looks amazing. I hope my bottom surgery will look just as good.
Could you please answer what technique it is and how much it costs? I am very impressed with your result It looks exactly like i dream for myself
Penile inversion. Insurance covered everything. I never saw a bill.
