also, just for information reasons: surgery was on march 6th with dr spiegel
procedures: got brow contouring, mandible (chin/jaw) contouring, lip lift, and a (minor) rhinoplasty (nose job)
how I paid for it: got a job at starbucks and they paid for the full cost (for US only afaik), not including the airbnb. From the time i started working there to surgery was ~9 months.
edit: does anyone want a "the first 2 weeks" timeline? feels like that one could also be useful but for different reasons
decided to just make a 2ish week timeline anyway, leading up to the first post op pic in the timeline above
also i realized that if i count surgery as day 1, then the first pic is actually day 18, not 17 - which is why its different in this
warning: this has a fair amount of blood in it, so proceed with caution if you're squeamish
including kind of a crappy picture in the bottom right, just to show one thats less "posed"
i went to dr spiegel for the surgery

but yeah, that's pretty much the consensus that i've seen from everyone. i (imo) got some really amazing results here
Why risky? Does are his results inconsistent?
general consensus is yes. some people have good results, some not so great. few get fantastic results (which, not to be vain, I consider mine to be)
hes also the only surgeon afaik who has a dedicated "this guy fucked up my face" section on one of the subreddit wikis
Fascinating that he should have such polar reaction. Can I ask what your reasoning to choose to go with him was?

ah shit i meant to respond to your post not mine lol
The 1 month 14 days is the most informative I think with it being directly face on like your before picture.
The jaw looks amazing as does the rest, but I always focus on the jaw and chin coz mine are so masculine. If they could do half the magic they did I'd be extatic.
I know its a touchy subject but you seem to have Had all the procedures I'm planning on having and even with the reviews I'm considering the same surgeon, do you mind saying how much it cost? Not here if that makes you uncomfortable but I'd really appreciate a pm :)
It didn't cost me anything beyond the airbnb that i had to get. I was able to get it paid for through starbucks insurance.
Proud of you x
You look awesome!!
Wow that is an impressive change! It must have been a total trip to see people's reactions.
i wish! i had the surgery 2 weeks before the country basically shut down, so i haven't had the opportunity to really see what people have to say or perceive. though i start work again tomorrow, so we'll see how it goes!
around how much was it out of pocket?
I would've liked this several times if I could. You look fantastic, girl!
I’ve seen people bruised and swollen to hell right after. That’s some quick healing.
I was pretty fucked up after, but swelling went down fast .
I think that's because those surgeons are very aggressive and heavy handed.
Looks natural and nice quick healing
You’re beautiful ❤️
