I would consider that to be an abnormal amount of swelling for four months. Have you been back to your surgeon? I'm assuming it's not painful or any signs of infection. And I also assume you are walking around with no difficulty? Does the swelling decrease overnight?

Yep. She also says it's more swollen than usual but that there's nothing to worry about

Roughly 4mo out, all of my depth problems resolved and I'm able to orgasm sometimes though it's still not easy or consistent. As you can see the swelling is still pretty significant and there's definitely some cosmetic issues there, but functionally I'm really happy with my choice to advocate for PPT. It self-lubricates just the right amount, it's pink and feels super natural, and I don't really have to do the super thorough douching that PI folx have to do, it mostly takes care of itself.

When do you think the swelling will reduce?

Please post again when you're ready to. I have a consult with her in a month, and am highly considering PPT with her to be my top choice. I'd be really interested in your outcome.

I... did? This appears to be your most current post, the second most current one is your one on /r/manmadepussy . Do you have another account?

Edit: nvm. Tried logging out and rechecking your profile, found this . I guess I hid it previously without realizing.

The idea of self lubrications sounds great. I have read and heard that there can be unpleasant odor with PPT. Do you mind me asking if you’ve noticed any of that?

Thank you for sharing your experience.

I haven't had that problem, my vagina has a similar odor to a cis vagina (which is not nothing! I think that some trans women don't realize that vaginas are definitely not smell-neutral by any means)

That’s good to hear. I’ve heard conflicting answers to that point.

I just started HRT a month ago and have no clue where this is taking me. I enjoy PIV sex with my wife but also dream of having a vagina and experiencing sex from the other perspective. I even cried seeing someone’s 12 month post SRS photos. I feel indifferent about my junk and think it is ugly. Did you feel similar at some point of have you always had dysphoria about your male anatomy?

I very much did not have bottom dysphoria, I got GRS for very practical purposes (pain during sex, being able to go to the gym without worrying about bulges, etc). That being said, it has been a huge source of Joy for me personally, in a way I really didn't expect or plan on - looking down every day and seeing that it's Flat feels extremely Right

I remember since I was a child I wanted to not have anything down there...I don't even want a vagina just nothing

Someone more informed enlighten me: is that much swelling typical at this/any stage?

Not generally, no.

It's more than normal, but I also have in general fuller labia. Dunno!

We're you able to request fuller labia or was that just coincidence based on your case?

Just coincidence, I didn't request it. Apparently it's a common request though!

I mean it def would be something I’m going to talk to my surgeon about but that’s just a bonus to the real point
